Yesterday for the very first time I went to go get some Cinnamon rolls for Family that was visiting. I will never again go to this place and Prescott! Bought plenty of time in Glendale, but never tried the ones here in Prescott. So disappointing so small whoever heated them up nuked them so it was a gummy mess, it was either that or they were undercooked. It was so bad that we ended up, throwing away most of it, which is more like all of it since they were so small.

Took my wife there for a surprise treat. It was 2 hours before they closed. "Sorry, were out of buns". What she should have said is, "we dont feel like making any". Never again, please go out of business!

Finally found it and they had closed 20 minutes early.
So first and foremost I have absolutely nothing against this place one bit. My complaint has to do with the fact that employees are really not on hand when customers are in the store, or leave customers unattended. I've had at least several different experiences where I'd enter the establishment and no employee was found available at the time. Typically there should be at least one other individual managing the floor if somebody else is not available, but that's rarely ever the case as it seems like. Only one person does work. So once again I just want to point out I have nothing against the establishment one bit, having I will continue doing business but the employee issue needs to be handed alot better.

We went in one hour before closing. My husband wanted a cinnamon bun and a hot cup of coffee. The girl behind the counter did not greet us. She just stared at us. I asked if they had any buns because I saw nothing. She said that there were only a 4 pack of mini buns and they broke down the coffee machine at 6 pm so they had no coffee to serve. She was too busy with cleaning to have buns and or coffee. What a waste of paying employees minimum wage. Because they are literally losing money on their employees.
