Nobody Special

There was an old woman who refused to take our money and profiled us and treated us as if we were giving her a fake $100 bill. Treating me like MY money that I work for is fake. And said that she is not responsible for our money, when we never asked her to be. I have been absolutely disrespected.

Gas \\u0026 a snack ?

They don't answer the phone. They're too busy to help a handicapped person get gas. I just spent 15 minutes calling over and over and over and they never pick up the phone. I'll get my gas elsewhere.

Visit this circle K every day for coffee. Even know the staff is friendly, they continue to get more lazy every day. The coffee creamer is completely out more often then not and the coffee station is crowded and a mess most of the time. Management needs to step it up.

Very clean and Great customer service

Store is large and clean but the customer service has some issues. For awhile they were carding senior citizens for tobacco purchases.. I understand the need to comply with age restrictions but hassling old folks over this stuff is totally unnecessary and just plain mean. My latest visit was to pick up some items that were promised to arrive this morning on "the truck" but did not.. it is the third time I've been told to come back on a certain day only to get an excuse and a brush-off when I return. I've been supporting Circle K in this town for four decades and most of my experiences at the various locations have been positive, and the general staff at this location is friendly enough, but my encounters with management here have left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Wow! This Circle K is HUGE! I'm sure it's nothing special in a big city filled with QT-style Gas Stations, but here in Prescott it is something special. The store just opened at 5am today, so employees are everywhere. There are about a half dozen staff just making food in the open kitchen alone! Of course the store is super clean, organized, and well stocked. The only empty shelves are for hard liquor which arrives at the new year. I interacted with 4 staff members, all of whom were very friendly, upbeat and helpful. The feature that stands out to me is the food from the kitchen. Especially the fresh-baked, hand-made pizzas, which are available by the slice, or full pie grab-and-go, or made to order. These same options are available for sandwiches, wraps, and fresh salads. Samples of everything were available. I was going to buy lunch, but at the urging of 3 different staff members I ended up trying so many items... Well, who doesn't love a Free Lunch! The pizza was surprisingly good! The cost is the same as Little Caesar's - cheap. However, the quality is much better. The crust had a rich golden brown firm exterior, and a delightfully chewy inside. Not too thick, not too thin, with a good yeasty flavor, along with a pleasant not-too-sweet sauce and generous toppings. This is from a Gas Station??? What!?) Likewise, the Bacon and Sausage Croissant was delish. Buttery, flaky, with a robust and healthy sized sausage patty. I've never had a better fast food breakfast sandwich anywhere. The chicken nuggets were of higher quality than any chain, outside of Chik-Fil-A. I had to buy a beverage, and the choices are immense. I narrowed it down to either coffee or an iced down Corona Tall Boy. So as not to be mistaken as a local construction worker, I went for the sensible Columbian Dark Roast Coffee, sweetened with Stevia (Thank you Circle K for offering Stevia!) The coffee was rich and so smooth. Really good! We have Maverik in town (one is just a mile away), which does the pizza thing and has a great selection inside the store like this Circle K. Honestly, the food here is a bit better and there is a wider selection of everything, at very low prices. Also, here they have a long eating counter with seating INDOORS, something normally not found around this area at gas stations. Local Circle Ks are not known for friendly service, and perhaps all the smiles here are because they just opened, but it is a great start! If they maintain the quality and service they will give not only local gas stations a run for their money, but also the nearby Little Caesar's and other quick take-out restaurants.
