We ordered our food online, then went to pick it up. My husbands order was incorrect. We decided to try the onion petals. The oil they used to cook them tasted really old. 😕 We're disappointed. KFC has left our area (Prescott & Prescott Valley) so we are on the hunt for a replacement.

I ordered the 8 piece family meal with 2 extra thighs. Got home and there was only 8 pieces of chicken instead of 10. They don't have the large containers for the sides anymore so you get a small side for a family meal! Not cool. I called. Not apologetic. Food is good though.

We arrived just before dinner rush and grabbed their all you can eat wings on Sunday. We had the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes for our sides, those were really good. We ordered the Buffalo wings and bourbon wings - they were both so good, we ordered 3 more baskets of each! Friendly staff, place was clean, plenty of tvs to watch sports and a cute little bar too! Can't wait to go back!

Their chicken and the side dishes are delicious. So much better than Popeyes, Canes or Chic Filet. Everything is so good and they have a bar and tv’s inside. During Happy Hour drinks or $2 to $3 dollars. It is truly a great place, great staff and great pricing.

We were originally going to applebees but the seating hostess there was unprofessional and dismissive to not only our party but to the others waiting to be seated, too. Cockys was across the street so we decided to give it a try. It's Wing Wednesday so wings are $0.75 with a drink or side purchase. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos that each came with a side and a drink. We also decided to sample some wings and chose the Extra Hot Buffalo. And lemme tell ya, both sandwich and wings were flavorful and spicy!! It's hard to find good heat anywhere, people advertise spicy food when its just bland. Not here. Everything was juicy, fresh, affordable, and the wings were huge. Food came out 10 mins after we ordered, too.
Also want to give a huge shout out to the crew; the kid working the register (I think he was wearing glasses?) and the gentleman who brought out our food were both beyond polite, respectful and genuine. Even when they made a slight error to other parties' nearby tables or forgot something, they were quick and apolgetic at fixing these lil mistakes. These small acts of service go a long way and don't go unnoticed. I hope general management or the owners recognize they have a stellar team here. I'm glad we came to Cockys and can't wait to come back next time.

I had the pulled chicken tacos and a fish taco since it was $3 Taco Tuesday. Honestly, not impressed at all. Very bland flavors on all. Maybe tacos is not their strong suit. Mac & cheese was ok. Next time I’ll try the wings, those looked good on another table.

Pulled up at 8:20 exactly, when their hours say that they close at 9:00. But we pulled up to their broken drive-thru, picked what we wanted, pulled up to the window and when the lady opened the window she waited for us to tell our order. And after we told her our order she goes “sorry we’re closed”
I’ve been here three times ever
Once when they first opened and it seemed like they cared, the food was pretty good, Second time was like 3-4 months ago and the food was cold and tasted nothing like it did before, and the third and last time, hoping that they could do better only to be disappointed 😔 don’t go here if you care for your health and money 😘
