This was some of the best BBQ I've ever had and I've had the best from TX and Kansas city! But the star of the show are their cowboy cookies! They are 10/10!!

First time in and we sat at the bar. We had Lynnee as our server/ bartender and everything was amazing. I had the prickly pear, lemon drop and my husband had the huckleberry lemonade. Lemon drop was the best drink I’ve ever tasted. We had a brisket plate and a smoked chicken and my husband couldn’t stop sighing over how good the smoked chicken was. I stole his cornbread because it was delicious. The brisket was also incredibly delicious and tender. We will definitely be back. Because the food was awesome, and the service was wonderful.

I don't care if they're food is good. I don't care if it's great. Their service is so terrible. Their attitude is so poor. I would never ever recommend anyone eat here nor would I ever eat here. The way they treat you in line is a joke. I find it truly disgusting.

The Colt Grill at the Prescott Valley was such a treasure to find! From the young man that was at the register when we first walked in, setting the tone of having an enjoyable meal! We decided to sit at the bar. Beth was the bartender and waited on tables in the bar area. She was so, so nice! She greeted us, let us know that she needed to help the table and then she’d be right back. Reading the menu, decided to order food as well. Beth’s customer service was top notch! The food was delicious! We will probably stop back in tomorrow before leaving town. The atmosphere was great, food was amazing. But everyone was on their A game as far as their customer service.

Seneca, Nancy and Cassie made this place such a great experience. We got the under an hour before they closed but they made us feel totally welcomed and we were not rushed at all. From the great drinks they suggested, to the wonderful and engaging conversation, they made the night for us! The food was great too but the staff made the Colt Grill a terrific place to be.

Prescott is always a place for us to come for a quick day trip or night getaway. Came to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Upon arriving we knew they were very busy, however the staff was busting their ass. The manager Nancy was absolutely amazing to the staff and to the customers. Unfortunately, two very difficult customer situations arose that were handled professionally and with respect to the customers. Both customers were impatient and less than understanding. Definitely the best barbecue we have ever had and I will never order a Philly cheesesteak anywhere else! We left full, happy and appreciative of the manager and hardworking staff!

Firstly, we didn't even get to try the food. So we're bummed about that.
2ndly, the service here is AWFUL.
The hostess at the front greeted us, (she was great very nice) she said you can either sit on the bar side and get full service or sit on the other side and handle it all yourself.
We felt like having service so we sat on the bar side. 15 minutes in multiple people walked in and sat down after us and were served IMMEDIATELY! W sat there with no drinks, no order, nothing.
We looked directly at the bartenders and even raised our hands up to call attention to us and we're completely snubbed off.
After 20 to 25 minutes we called it quits and walked out.
Which is a real shame because we were actually SO EXCITED to try this place. It smells amazing and the apricot bbq sauce sounded great!
But unfortunately.... their service SUCKS.

The brisket and sauces are terrific. Great service from Nancy, Seneca and Cassla in the Prescott location. Great beer and whiskey selection as well.

Colt Grill in Prescott offers a cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying creative holiday cocktails like the spiced eggnog. The smoked mac and cheese and potato salad were delicious—we picked up these sides for a picnic and enjoyed drinks while waiting. A fantastic spot for great food and festive vibes!
