I'm staying in the adjacent Hotel. I'm in town for work. Most Hotel pubs are terrible but not Coopers! The owner was even on site! I thought he was an employee he was so kind and humble until I tried to tip him and he told me to take care of his bartender who was just wonderful! She knew her drinks! Food was so good all around very unexpected wonderful experience! 10 out of 10 recommend!
Great place and owners are great people that actually care about their food being fresh and great quality
