Dena created our gorgeous wedding cake on 2/18/17. We are gluten free and the cake was simply amazing in its design and it's flavor. Buttercream frosting on vanilla with raspberry filling. Perfect to every detail and our older adult friends who have been to many weddings all exclaimed that it was the best wedding cake EVER!! Not one piece was left and people were lining up for seconds before we got through the line!! Dena is cheerful, friendly, and goes out her way to please!! I have tried other gluten free bakers in town when Dena was on vacation and will never have anyone else bake for our special occasions again!! Her themed birthday cakes are amazing. Love Dena and love her cakes!!

She “forgot†to put the cake top on the wedding cake and still has it. The cake was ok but not the frosting. Not a friendly or professional person. I would not recommend, especially for a special occasion such as a wedding.

We hired Dena to do a dessert bar for our wedding. Neither my husband or I particularly like cake, so we decided to forgo the traditional route and opt for dessert bars/brownies instead. Dena made us two types of brownies, lemon bars, and banana cake bars. They were all extremely delicious! Our guests are still raving about how yummy all the desserts were and we saw everyone going back for seconds and even thirds during the reception. We also opted to pay the little bit extra to have her team come set everything up for us, and it was totally worth it! She made our dessert table look beautiful and it totally matched the rest of our wedding decor. My husband and I would 100% recommend hiring Dena to make desserts for your special day.

We absolutely loved our cake and pies!!! Deena listened to all of my whimsical requests and made a beautiful wedding cake, as well as pies, for our wedding in Skull Valley. We saved a piece for our one year anniversary and it was a sad day when I ate that last piece

Very impressed with decorating details...not with cake. Did not use her services, but month later wanted to charge me $75...not mentioned day of tasting or prior. Never would have taken appointment for that amount.
Dena baked a wonderful dessert buffet for our wedding. Everything was delicious, our guests loved all of it. And her set up looked wonderful! My only criticism would be about the amount of desserts. We gave her our original headcount months ahead when we decided on the menu. We met with her a couple of weeks before the wedding and gave her the new headcount which was considerably lower. I mentioned, a couple of times, wanting to reduce the amount we had ordered so we wouldn't end up with a bunch of leftovers. She assured me that he desserts always get eaten and convinced us not to lower the order. Though our guests did enjoy the desserts, we ended up with a TON of leftovers. I should have gone with my gut on that one and reduced the amount we ordered.

Ordered a cake for my baby shower- I sent her multiple pictures of the exact cake that I wanted, she said she could do it no problem . When I went to pick up the cake one of the main details of the cake was completely different then what I had asked for. She said she gave me her "custom" design instead of the one I asked for because she thought I would like it more... unfortunately I didn't like it at all. I asked her to change it and she did. It took a few extra hours which was a bummer( she didn't bother to call me and tell me that it was ready to be picked up, she said she was too busy getting ready for a wedding that night) then she seemed a little irritated with me that I didn't like her "custom work". (Even thought it didn't look ANYTHING like what I asked for). However after she fixed it it was absolutely perfect and beautiful. I recommend just being VERY specific with what you want from her. Her work is great, customer service is just lacking.

Dena made our wedding cake and groom's cake. Not only were both of the cakes stunning and perfect looking, they were absolutely delicious!! I am also a baker so when it came to my wedding cake I was very picky. My cake was 3 layers; carrot cake layer, chocolate with raspberry filling and a banana layer with vanilla filling. The groom's cake was chocolate with peanut butter filling. We were married in 2010 and I still dream about those cakes!

Dena made my wedding cake for my July 2015 wedding (sorry for the late review!) and it was STUNNING! I had a picture and a dream in mind of what it would look like (a three tiered cake with the fondant carved like an aspen tree with our initials in it) and she made it look perfect. For an additional price you can rent her cake stand and I highly recommend it! The stand was gorgeous and made the cake really pop. The flavors we picked were delicious and she has so many flavors to choose from that it was almost impossible for us to decide. I would highly recommend going through Dena for your cake needs. She is fantastic!

The cake was good when sampled. We wanted a chocolate frosted cake for our wedding. From the first phone call the cake was always chocolate. When I got to the reception site the cake was frosted vanilla. Is there really any more you need to know.
