Dairy Queen (Treat)

Finally. Prescott has a frozen soft serve place geared specifically for wealthy people. A small milk shake is $6.49 and a "large" is $7.49 (each plus tax) ... and no, those are NOT typos. I got a "small" dish (they call it a large) of soft serve for $5.95. Financing is not available.

The darker skinned young lady that was working last night her service was horrible and she was rude as could be. I turned around and walked out without giving my attitude back. She was primarily working drive through. I came in to place an order for a cake, and she definitely did not want to take an order for a cake. She asked me when did I want it by and i replied with i dont need it by a certain date and i would just like one made and be notified when it was ready. That set her off. I would highly recommend the owner get in contact with me because I've already talked with several of my friends that go there and none of us are going back to she's gone.

Showed up at 5:30 sign says closed at 6. Lady behind the counter looked like it was supposed to be Halloween day. Extremely rude as well.

I work in this mall. Since a lot of the restaurants close early, Dairy Queen is usually a good option for later shifts. Left my store and got to the Dairy Queen counter around 6:44 PM. There was a sign on the counter that said “be right back.” It is 7:18 PM as I write this and they still have not returned. Excluding myself, I have seen multiple customers come up, see the sign, wait 10 minutes, then leave… This is not the first time this has happened. Personally, this is the second time I’ve had this happen to me- both times having to wait around 30 minutes for service.

EDIT: it is currently 7:38 PM. Was helped a few minutes earlier. Security got involved. They closed early since the sales associate was left ALL ALONE on a Saturday without a manager. Had to use the “be right back” sign since she had no proper “closed” sign. She apologized and gave me some free chips and queso, but it’s not her fault.. Management really screwed up this one.

I like ice cream. This place has ice cream. So... I like this place. The guy that was ahead of me ordered ice cream. So I think he likes ice cream. Good thing he came here because they have good ice cream. I wonder sometimes if people come to this place because they like ice cream. I think they do because if they didn't like ice cream, there wouldn't be much point coming to this place.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you drive a wheelchair, you should go to this place as long as you like ice cream.

To overpriced. Called a skinny person fat.survey does not even work. They don't even listen to reviews, all they say is "sorry"

Love their ice cream, just not the price, but you know me, can't pass up my small caramel Sunday. Hamburgers I like that they fry in butter from what I taste.

They closed machines down an hour early and we were able to get any blizzards or anything except sodas.
