Walked in and asked for cheese pizza. The fella working said he had one he messed up cutting, he'd sell for a discount. I bought it and some cheese sticks. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Happy kids.

We love this Domino's: top-notch service and top-notch food. There are a couple of small tables inside that we love to sit and eat at, although we have just picked up for takeout. Jocelyn Boden is an employee here, and she is exceptional.

The late night crew that works on weekends bunch of lazy guys they won't even take my order even when I called in late before it closed Saturday so just be aware of the guys lazy
Vegetarian options: The late night shift has 1 lazy person who won't take orders on Saturday night. Also very hard to understand his English. this employee should be fired . Also rude.

I had a pretty disappointing pizza the other week. It was a free emergency pizza, and we really needed something to lift our spirits after a rough day, but it turned out to be awful, so we just threw it away. However, I received a voicemail from the general manager saying that I had a credit on my account. I stopped by to pick up two pizzas tonight, and he greeted me at the register. The customer service was excellent! I really wish I would have had someone like him as my manager when I was still in the industry. Great job, sir!

I never leave bad reviews but I just ordered a pepperoni pizza and wings.. it took over an hour to arrive and the pizza had no sauce and no cheese, literally just bread and pepperoni. And it’s burnt in a few places due to no cheese or sauce on the bread and cold. This is the worst food experience I’ve had in all of prescott. The delivery driver was super sweet though but I also had to call about 3 times for them to even answer when I wanted to call about when my pizza would arrive and they hung up on me. Some kind of compensation would be great bc I’ve never had an issue at this location before

Well, I was in the hospital YRMC WEST and tried to get the 2 pizza extra large deal of which was advertised on TV, $ 6.99 each and was put on Hold for a while waiting which upset me and the staff of room 209A for a private sellabation,,,, must of thought I was playing a joke, but wasn't,,, so please forgive me for hanging up because of the laingth of the " Hold". Maybe next time, I'll try again from US Vets on 1040 Whipple St #219, Prescott, Arizona this next week or month after I get released from the Hospital.
Was cussed out and hung up by store associate after inquiring about the delay of the pizza order. The associate was extremely rude on the phone and canceled the order. I placed the order online hours earlier and I am still confused by the whole ordeal.

I can't rate anything cause I never got my order. They tried to deliver 25 min early when I was at work, I told them a specific time and they said no problem. I refused it cause I wasn't going to eat cold pizza. The manager did NOTHING to resolve the issue.

It takes a lot to get me upset but the lady working at the Domino's on Cortez street in Prescott could work on her personality! I also placed an order for two large one topping pizzas and found out when it was to late that I could have saved $10 if I would have upgraded to three toppings on each pizza. Why would you not share that info with the customer at the time of order!!
