So we ordered a pizza to be delivered to work and it did take awhile which I totally get but we notice that not only was it cold Which btw I can totally live with I kno how it tastes s when ur in the weeds and I have a microwave at work so even cold is easily fixable … and for me to send food back is rare I mean things. Have to be pretty sideways for me to do that u kno totally unacceptable So because this pizza was really dry and not much taste I called the girl I spoke to was actually quite rude she said they didn’t put any cheese on the pizza when I asked her why she said we ordered it that way which, of course we did not who ordered a pizza with no cheese anyway again I said well I’m sorry I think you’re mistaken she said no I’m not mistaken that’s how you ordered it. I’ll send you a new one and she hung up the phone on me. That was really rude. I wanted to tell her to worry about it but she hung up on me so I couldn’t. I called back to tell whoever answered the phone not to worry about sending out a second pizza, and some guy named Josh answered and he was awesome. He listened to me he didn’t hang up on me. I told him go ahead and cancel the resend it’s not necessary. I know you guys are probably busy, but he said no. We want you to be happy. We’re gonna redo it for you with cheese of course no extra cost it’ll be right out which it was nice and hot Steve the delivery guy was awesome so the five stars for Service is for Josh and Stephen. Specifically whoever that girl is an answer the phone she needs to work on her manners. The food was perfect the second time around . And I really appreciated them, insisting on sending the fresh pizza Because of Josh and Stephen, I will definitely order pizza from Domino’s again

Worst pizza I've ever had - we actually threw it out. Almost no cheese or sauce and burned. When I arrived several employees were chatting about size of tips,etc and one was eating pizza. A couple looked at me but didn't say a word. One other customer. Last time I'll order a pizza from here.

I order from here half of the week, usually every week if not more. They always make my pizza exactly how I order it, and on the off chance someone happens to mess up? They take care of it right away and make sure it comes out how I wanted it! Really appreciate this Domino’s location and all employees, they are my pizza heroes! And I can’t express how grateful I am for them always taking care of the food I’m ordering. If you haven’t checked them out, I suggest you put an order in and they’ll make sure to take care of you!Vegetarian options: plenty of vegetables to get on your pizza. One of my favorite one topping pizzas is the spinach because you can always count on these pizzas coming with the cheese off top!Parking: there’s parking on the front side on the road, as well as a little lot behind the store as well.Kid-friendliness: I love how they have the little steps in the corner for children to step up and watch the magic happen!Wheelchair accessibility: Has two large doors that open up for easy access to anybody who might be in a wheelchair.

(Ordered & Witten by wife Rita) Ordering has never been a problem for me. Just have a problem with the service. I am QUITE sure that it was Heather because she ALWAYS has a bad attitude. She was training this poor girl. Now I see why the girl was nervous. Heather spoke to me as if I was a bother. I've trained people many, MANY times, & one of the first thing to tell& SHOW them is kindness & respect to customers. I didn't say or do anything for her to talk so dismissive to me. I asked her if my sauces were in the box, she said "I'm training someone & you have to ask for them." No, manager of hell, I don't. I PAID for them!! YOUR JOB is to fill the order I paid for!! You may treat your poor trainees like trash, but you will NOT do it to me. Shame on you. I truly do believe you need retraining on customer service. I won't hold my breath for an apology.

I had to cancel my order due to the driver wanting a $20 tip (online it says driver will carry $20 in change). I wanted to pay for a $30 order with a $50 and was told she has a dollar in change?. As a single father that lives less than a mile from the store, I call that unrealistic! I've now had 3 different issues with this location! 3 strikes your out! No more support from me! Last time it took 2 hours to get a delivery. Time before that food was incorrect and customer service was absolute trash! I don't know why I keep coming back! Maybe because I miss the good days of dominos!

So after a long pain in the butt time with app. I call store to order.of course it's all call enter now person has really strong acsent so really hard to understand. Take 20 mins dealing with that. To also find out delivery before tip is 8$(i live 2blocjs away). That OK no biggie I'll pick it up. So should be ready in 11/20 mins. I go back to store 25 mins later. My order wasn't put in. So I have guy help me make order. He says $5.99 mix match. We'll that's not true pricing. That's fine. So I wait in store 18 mins. Get home my pizza is a old pizza cold cheese and cold pizza. Breadsticks burnt and not even the one I ordered. I call and tell the guy. He argues me that my pizza was made ten mins before I ordered. I herd him tell his cook all that was needed was bread sticks. Wow I guess my fault. I didn't realize that I after all my issues j was ordering a pizza ten mins before I got there and peperoni stuffed cheese bread. I don't eat meat health reasons. Very disappointed to the max. I don't like domino's anyways but gave a little hope. I got old Nasty cold pizza I waited nearly a hr for between call enter not submitting order and waiting in store. Burnt wrong Breadsticks. And to be argued with no sence. He made the pizza ten mins before I got there. That's poor customer care. Never again will I throw 20$ to the wind to them. I am low income and this was supposed to be a nice treat to hv easy dinner. Thanks for nothing...
