Unfortunately the donuts we purchased this morning didn't taste fresh at all. I guess that was our error, not going to a real donut

Second time to this location only to use a gift card and just as disappointed as the first time which was months ago. Their pastries are so pathetic that I really do not know how Dunkin' Donuts has stayed in business if other locations serve similar products.

I’m paying way too much for ice. I asked if I could get less and the man said he would have to add more milk and my coffee may not taste like coffee if he did that????

Do try the snacking bacon. Reduced sodium, moderate sweetness, an attractive level of spice.

As a frequent visitor, my experiences at the local Dunkin' has revealed a mix of positives and areas for growth. Nestled into a weekly routine, my visits have shed light on various aspects of the establishment. In terms of product quality, the donuts and food items seem to have lost a bit of the magic that once defined Dunkin' Donuts. While the coffee still manages to impress with its consistent quality, the overall taste of the edibles falls into the realm of average. The Dunkin' mobile app has been the saving grace of my experience. Its user-friendly interface and the rapid accumulation of rewards have made it an essential tool. The true gem lies in the app's ability to ensure the accuracy of orders. The staff appears to be more focused and precise when handling app orders, a relief that eliminates the frustration of errors that occasionally plague the traditional ordering process, as other reviews of this location have pointed out. This efficiency reflects in the speed of service when utilizing the app. A solid 5 out of 5, the process is seamless: a simple mention of the mobile order, a swift exchange at the window, and off I go, eliminating any possibility of unwelcome interactions. While variety is a strong suit for Dunkin' Donuts, the extensive menu has led to a minor trade-off in quality. An array of options is always exciting, but a narrower focus might elevate the overall experience by ensuring the highest quality across the board. The staff, while generally amicable, sometimes grapples with peak service times, resulting in brevity during interactions. This is likely due to being overwhelmed, highlighting an area that could benefit from further staff training. This Dunkin' location offers a satisfactory experience that has been bolstered by the efficient and accurate mobile app. While there's room for improvement in terms of product quality and staff training during peak times, the loyalty rewards program shines bright. A well-deserved 3 out of 5 stars, leaving the hope that Dunkin' will continue to strive for excellence.

This review pertains to service only. Place was clean. I thought I'd drop in and grab a coffee and treat while waiting for a family member at the hospital across the street. There were 4 people working in the location, one older gent helping(training?) a young lady and two others. All four were actively busy, there was no one was at the front counter. The drive thru had -4 cars in a row, no other customers in storefront. I walked in and stood in front of the counter. For the entire brief visit, no one came to the counter and there was no acknowledgement in any manner that I was even there.....no "welcome in", "be with you in a minute"....nada. I waited.....and waited.....and waited some more. I know they saw me, I saw two of them look right at me, including the older gent. I probably waited - 2 to 3 minutes and not a peep from anyone. I walked out and went to Starbucks, was greeted immediately upon entering, served in less than a minute after waiting for a guest in front of me. They also had cars in their drive thru. I own multiple similar food businesses and if I ever saw my team ignore guests like this, they would have immediate retraining. I understand "busy", but that's no excuse to ignore a customer when a simple "hey, thanks for coming in, we'll be with you in just a moment" is all it takes. If the older gent was the manager or worse owner....shame on you for setting such a bad example for your team.
