Willow creek location really screwed up my brother's and I's order. The guy with the blonde hair and everyone inside withheld mine and my brother's drinks simply because my brother wore a trump shirt. My dogs got sick from the pup cups since they used expired whip cream. We waited near 45 min standing outside while some people got their drinks and then the rest had to wait that just wanted to show their patriotism to the USA on July 4th. No one should have to wait that long to make a drink. Others were fed up with their belligerent behavior. This Dutch Bros in prescott gets a -10/10. Music was blaring so no one could hear each other with rap about violence and killing people.

If you want to experience elite-level customer service wrapped in caffeine and sunshine, Dutch Bros is the promised land. I bring my daughter here for iced coffee, but let’s be honest — it’s mostly for the staff. These people are human espresso shots: high energy, insanely kind, and so upbeat it’s like they’re legally required to pass out good vibes with every cup.
They don’t just take your order — they remember your name, ask about your day, and make you feel like the main character in a feel-good coffee commercial. Seriously, I’ve had more genuine human connection at this drive-thru than at most holiday family gatherings.
Update: Still the greatest. Still undefeated. The coffee slaps, the staff are legends, and if I ever win the lottery, I’m tipping this crew like they just saved my life.

Always friendly. You can tell the employees care about the quality of the drinks and the customer service being delivered. I prefer this location to PV and will go out of my way to stop at this location. I have never had an issue here and it’s always fun!
My drink tasted like water and the staff were super rude. Wasted $6 and my time just to be treated horribly. Been there regularly since opening but that was such a bad experience today that I have decided to go elsewhere for my caffeine from now on.
