Really slow and poor service. First the girl that came out to take orders let someone who came after us order first essentially having them cut us in line. Then we’ve been waiting for over 20 mins in line now still not within three cars of the window. Everyone is really failing at work today, definitely won’t be back. Do yourself a favor and try other locations before this mess.

Good food and drinks here, I recommend the golden eagle drink and a chorizo burrito for a quick breakfast meal. FYI the burrito is a bit spicy, but not too bad that the drink will not take care of the spice.

When your child wants to go to Dutch Bros after dental work, you say sure! When you drive 15 minutes there and see a long line, your kids say not to worry because they always move quickly. When you wait in line 10 minutes and haven’t gotten to order yet, you realize that something must be wrong but there is no way out now because you are boxed in. When they put out a premade sign saying service may be slower than usual today, you decide to order online while waiting in line because at least two cars ahead of you still haven’t ordered, it might make it easier for the staff because they can get to more cars, and the order might be ready when you get to the window. When you finally get to the window and get your order after 20 minutes, the worker scolds you with a lecture about not ordering from the app while in line. And when that happens, you leave thinking you should have gone to Starbucks. We were patient and attempted to help. Not a pleasant experience.

Swung by to grab a latte on my drive down to Phoenix and holy cow I didn't know a latte could taste this bad. Either they're using way too course of a grind or didn't know how to pull an espresso shot. Was on par with Circle K but much more expensive. Should have gone to the coffee place in the Fry's parking lot instead. Lessons learned

Great coffee options plus teas & kid-friendly drinks. I was recently given a sample of its white chocolate cocoa. Yummy! Cheerful, well-trained baristas. On my last visit the gal recalled my favorite beverage, mocha freeze, offered to start it while I got my app ready.

I usually enjoy coming to Dutch Bros, but today (October 31, 2025 – Halloween) was disappointing. We had been waiting quite a while for our drinks, and the team ended up serving the people behind us before even starting ours. I had already tipped, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Mistakes happen, but it felt like our order was overlooked completely. I hope the staff can pay more attention to the order sequence and customer service in the future.

I’m not one to put bad reviews or any at all but after today’s mess I believe it’s necessary I’m a regular who comes all the time but after today’s mess I well not be going anymore so to clarify what happened I went it was sticker day so a bit busy no big deal but what made it terrible was the lady taking orders let 10 cars pass from the right lain only before she decided to take my order and the person in front of me so I get my order in get my beverage and it’s watered down and is absolutely delicious now mind you I’ve had the same drink may time I very rarely change it but after today’s I don’t think I’ll be going anymore was not happy with the service nor the person taking orders and the drink was thrown out because how disgusting it was I hope you do better at customer service because it’s been going down hill there for some time

I had a painful dental appointment today, and they told me to drink out of a straw. So I chose Dutch Bros. In Prescott to reward myself! I missed coming for my birthday a few days ago, and Taylor and her whole team were so lovely. They made me a special birthday drink! After feeling super down, they gave me a small piece of my birthday fun back. Promotions and/or raises are in order :) thank you!!!
