Only good thing about this place was the brisket bagel. The coffee tastes like McDonald's coffee and they advertise it being made with real caramel but obviously is just the same stuff mcdonalds use. The nio lava or whatever it's called is disgusting, loaded with weird fish. This place sucks and their larges are the size of a small. Don't go here. Save your money.

While the service is undeniably efficient, a potential area for improvement could be the addition of a more consistently friendly and welcoming demeanor from the staff, as a smile can significantly enhance the overall customer experience. I can't rate the atmosphere as I'm usually going through the drive-thru.

My mother and I came here for lunch at 1:30 (they close at 2.) And the employees looked so annoyed that we were there but were so welcoming to everyone else who came after us. We got the country gravy sandwich and the maple house and they came out looking the same. We sat at our table and they were somewhat clean but the floor by the drink machine was very filthy with liquid spills on the ground with no wet floor signs. My mother's sandwich didn't get the maple syrup she wanted (and that comes ON it) and the sandwich I got was fine. Would come here again but hopefully with the employees in a better mood and more friendly.
