I can’t say enough good things about Firehouse Coffee Roaster. The first time I visited, I didn’t realize there was no traditional storefront, but when I called, Dana—the owner—personally welcomed me inside. From the moment you meet him, Dana makes you feel like you're catching up with an old friend. He's warm, genuine, and clearly passionate about what he does.

And the coffee? Absolutely incredible. Easily some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s rich, smooth, and roasted to perfection. Supporting a local business here in Prescott that delivers such high-quality coffee (and even better hospitality) is a no-brainer. I’ll definitely be coming back.

4 different Times my Family & my inlaws have called & emailed Firehouse Coffee about the decline in the Coffee quality. The Dark Roast isn't being Roasted long enough & taste like a lite mid Roast. The 5lb bags are not 5lbs full of coffee which is unfortunate since they are now Raising pricing!!! So things Don't change, & quality is Not Met, 4 different subscribers will be Moving to BlackRifle Coffee!

Best coffee beans and service EVER!!! Now I KNOW this is a busy business, yet the owner finds time to help one single customer with one bag! They offer tours! I am a fan and will always get my coffee from them and it’s always organic!!! ?

Incredible Incredible Incredible coffee. I couldn't get my coffee from the two places I grab it in the square, and found this location on googlemaps. The entrance to the parking area could better indicate that the "shop is open" instead of the appearance of a distribution area. Alex was ridiculously nice and could share with me any step of the process of your roasting with great interest and excitement. Thank you Alex. Was going to be 4/5 because of signage however I had such an amazing experience, thanks.

Couldn’t be more happy! I used to buy this all the time when I lived in Phoenix at the local Sam’s Club. I knew it was roasted locally in Arizona but had no idea when I moved up here about three years back now that they were located here! It was really great meeting the owner and one of the other roasters and getting a mini tour of how they roast the coffee! Thanks so much for the amazing delicious fr ahoy roasted coffee you guys provide!
