4of us went to 5 guys in prescott on 1/31/25 at 2 pm. First my charge card was entered 3 times they said there were problems but I would only be charged once. We all ordered small cheeseburger and fry’s all four of us were very disappointed in what we got. Hamburger was not the same at all meat smaller and taste not so good. We love 5 guys and go every couple of months but will not be back. I did say something to girl behind counter asked her if they had changed she said no not that she knew of. Well the 4 of us did notice a big difference. I only ate part of mine and thru the rest away. So sad

Fries were ridiculously undercooked, everyone was on their phones, and I placed an order for 6:30 at about 6:10 then it still wasn’t done until 6:40. Would way rather have had in and out and it’s 1/2 the outrageous price for the horrible food.

Food was incredible as usual, but I’m really leaving a review for Bryan. The young man who was preparing orders Sunday night, had an amazing attitude. Even though there was hardly a wait, he apologized for any wait anyway. Even though there was only two of us and the whole restaurant later at night, he kept up the same great attitude and Customer Service.

Unfortunately, I waited 20 minutes for an overcooked burger and some soggy overcooked fries with only 1 customer in front of me. It cost me $18 after tip and the extra time it took to go out of my way to try something new. Food was very unimpressive, I barely ate it... pretty much just lost my appetite over the whole experience. Total fail. Doubt I will ever return...

The manager, Tony, was so helpful and friendly! He makes picking up food for delivery a breeze and is a great manager. He even helped me out with some insider tips as to what they make the best! I only wish I could leave more than five stars! Way to go, TONY!
