I'm 99% sure one of the staff members was high as a kite on Nov 9th. I watched this person salt the fries 3 times, pace back and forth, and was very loud to his coworkers. Not to mention I paid over $4 for a small cup of fries and no extra in the bag. Last time I am giving five guys a shot, over priced.

Overall a reliable great franchise Five Guys location, the burger was very juicy and flavorful with the nice crunch of the lettuce and tomato and jalapenos. French fries were also very crispy and tasty. The staff here were also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend!

We haven't been to a 5 Guys in years but were from out of town and decided to give them a try again. Not real impressed. They took quite some time to prepare our two burgers despite there being only 2 customers ahead of us. My burger was ok, but at $10 for a junior, you get a MUCH better value at Culvers, In-and-Out, Red Robin, etc... We won't be back.

4of us went to 5 guys in prescott on 1/31/25 at 2 pm. First my charge card was entered 3 times they said there were problems but I would only be charged once. We all ordered small cheeseburger and fry’s all four of us were very disappointed in what we got. Hamburger was not the same at all meat smaller and taste not so good. We love 5 guys and go every couple of months but will not be back. I did say something to girl behind counter asked her if they had changed she said no not that she knew of. Well the 4 of us did notice a big difference. I only ate part of mine and thru the rest away. So sad

Fries were ridiculously undercooked, everyone was on their phones, and I placed an order for 6:30 at about 6:10 then it still wasn’t done until 6:40. Would way rather have had in and out and it’s 1/2 the outrageous price for the horrible food.

Food was incredible as usual, but I’m really leaving a review for Bryan. The young man who was preparing orders Sunday night, had an amazing attitude. Even though there was hardly a wait, he apologized for any wait anyway. Even though there was only two of us and the whole restaurant later at night, he kept up the same great attitude and Customer Service.
