Great service and wonderful staff definitely some super awesome food would always recommend coming in and trying different rolls! Megan and Harvey are always amazing servers!!! The food comes quickly and always served with a smile they're all super attentive with refills and ensuring you're having a decent meal overall would definitely come back and will recommend more people to this location!
Being in the Food Service Industry as a Restauranteur, Food Service Manager, Cook and Server... I can tell you I don't enjoy going out to eat at many places because I'm too critical of either the food , the environment or the staff. FUJIYAMA'S in Prescott is so enjoyable... You can taste the Love in everything they do! The Quality Food, the Excellent Service and Teamwork, the Peaceful Environment, and the Satisfied Customers all create an amazing culture!Don't be shy to ask about what they recommend that's not on their Menu... like the Geisha Roll or the Harvey Roll... they will make to order most anything you love!SO... Go and Enjoy!

What a fantastic sushi restaurant. Food was incredible. The service was great. Definitely a new favorite! The sushi was fresh, innovative, and delicious! Our server was fantastic and took the time to ask us what we liked and made suggestions based on the answers - top notch. The inside was nice, quaint, and full of life.
Friendly,polite & professional customer service. Greatness to match their Food. My go to for sushi after trying almost all of them in this area. Fish seems to be fresh as I have not once been sick. By far the Best Spicy tuna rolls (TNT Rolls) around. As they actually use Fresh slices of raw Tuna & not this nasty @$$ mushed up mix that some of these other so called sushi restaurants. If your looking for a clean & chill atmosphere to eat some fresh sushi this is the spot. I'VE never eaten inside but always to go. So it's most likely alot better in taste wise eating right when dished out.

Soup was not favorite, yet Better than w & z Asian Bistro!Inviting Atmosphere, Quiet easy to talk with others at table. I have been going here for over twenty years now. Best food Prescott has to offer. Stuffed tomatoes, Ono, steak teriyaki, seafood tempura all phenomenal!

Local mom & pop that treat you like family and have honed their craft to perfection. This gem is really something special. We enjoyed the Mixed Roll and Teriyaki Chicken with Mixed Seafood & Vegetable Tempura. The tempura is hands down the best tempura we've ever had. Miso is silky and flavorful. All of the sushi offerings are super fresh and delicious. Everything exceeded our expectations. Take care of this treasure and enjoy a meal there - you won't be disappointed. Arigatō!
