I ordered a chicken quesadilla not expecting anything special…but OH MY GOODNESS 🤯 THIS is the best quesadilla I’ve ever tasted! As a cheese lover..The amount of cheese is so satisfying. The chicken..where do I start?!? The chicken is amazingly tender and the flavor is so delicious! And it comes with pico de gallo and guac. I’m totally impressed!

Best tacos in the area by far!! The crunchy shell is perfection and it doesn't matter what meat you choose - they are all juicy, tender, and flavorful! Chicken tinga taco salad is my go-to for a healthy- but still delicious alternative, but really I could eat the K4 barbacoa crunchy taco every day!
I have a problem..of not eating until I’m so hungry I’m going to throw up unless I eat. So I love tacos and this place was real close to my work. I got there, looked at the menu for 60 seconds. Asked the guy if I should get the fish tacos or gringo taco. He said if I liked fish it would not disappoint. I said ok, mahi mahi taco it is but no pico. He seemed offended I didn’t like raw tomato lol Asked me if I liked mango salsa and guac. I thought, I respect another chef. Make it the way you think it should be made.
Oh my GAWD. 🤤 to die for. I will crave this again very soon and then probably become addicted. #sorrynotsorry I wish I took a picture but it was gone hours ago.
Also while you wait, there’s shaded plastic picnic tables with misters. And other food/coffee trucks!

First timer - just moved to Prescott and here today at lunch. I’ve had some really good tacos in my day, usually the best in the US are found in New Mexico and in the migrant communities in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. Had the barbacoa taco. Wow! The tacos at Gringo’s stands shoulder to shoulder with the best of them. I’ll be back to try other items!!!!
