Hidden secret right out in the open. Best fish tacos I've ever had highly recommend you give it a try. Don't forget to ask for the grilled jalapeño and homemade green sauce.

The Hilltop Grill has very good food. Their fish tacos are the best my husband and I have ever had. This is definitely a place to try when you want a quick bite to eat are at or near the Prescott Gateway Mall.

In a shopping mall? Uhh... Yeah, in a shopping mall! Saw the good reviews on Yelp, move here quite a few months ago, and finally tried it out while taking the kids back-to-school shopping. Service, friendly and prompt. Both the chef and the gal up front were super friendly and helpful. Food came out pretty quick and hot, and they boast about how they make everything fresh once ordered. The food, simple and delicious. They are making Mexican and American favorites, and from what I have tasted so far, it looks like they know what they're doing. I had the Hilltop Combo, which was 3 street tacos with Hilltop special sauce, beans and rice. All was delicious, and the meat on the tacos had a nice char from the grill top, while being tender and tasty. My little guy had the burger and fries and they were both cooked right. Considering what I remember from food courts in Nevada is chain fast food restaurants (McDonald's, BK, Panda), I am super excited to see places like this in the mall food court. Go check em out, you won't be disappointed with the Hilltop Grill.

My girlfriend and I stopped by on a whim and we were thoroughly impressed. The cashier was friendly and patient, and the restaurant literally made the best burger I've ever had. I've been to six different countries and traveled most of the United States and enjoy trying new foods and their takes on classic American food.
Where do I start! I have been a customer of the Hilltop grill for over 5 months. The get my order wrong twice a week. I eat there around 4 times a week for lunch. Same thing, every time. I always order my food without tomatoes. I get them twice a week anyway. Today It was the same thing only this time my boss and his wife came with me. They got my order and their order wrong. When they remade the order, it was still wrong. The lady behind the counter had me speak into her phone so her interpreting app could tell her what I said,( I don't speak Spanish and she has a hard time with English ). I only had 30 mins for lunch, oh well. Long story short, I called the manager and he basically told me that we were rude to his employees. Wow, that's customer service? He told me that if I came back he would refund my money for lunch. I went back and after they screwed up again giving me my money back, I knew I was never going back to this place again. The food is good but the prices do not reflect the quality. You pay more but get less. 3 little tacos, spoon of beans and a spoon rice and an Ice Tea for around 15.00 bucks, it's a bit pricy for lunch. I paid the extra money for the convince of being able to eat in the mall but no more. I can take a mistake once in a while, we are all human, but to treat me like I was the one who screwed up everything is beyond what I can take as a customer. The mall is not doing well at all so you would think the manager of Hilltop Grill would go the extra mile to make sure his guest have a good dinning experience...not so. Do yourself a favor and take a pass on the Hilltop Grill until they learn that customers deserve the same respect as they expect us to give to them.( and they drop their price a bit).

Yes the mall still has a good court! This place has a large menu and I wish I had taken a picture. The only thing missing is Horchata. I got the loaded fries and they were delicious!
