This Jack In The Box is apparently going down hill. The last time I was there the curly fries were hard and chewy, lukewarm at best. Obviously they'd been dying under a heat lamp all afternoon or something. I let that one slide, everyone screws up once in awhile. However, this evening I went through the drive thru and grabbed a Sourdough Jack meal for myself and a bacon cheeseburger for my wife. When I got home with that, the fries were OK but my Sourdough Jack had not been grilled! They also neglected to give my receipt so I was unable to complete their "feedback" on this order. 0 for 2 in a week... this place SUCKS! I won't be eating here anymore. You lost a customer. From now on, if I want Jack in the Box, Ill drive to Prescott Valley!

Rude, wouldn't just let me look at the menu without constantly asking "are you ready" , a white male version of the "and then " lady from Dude where's my car . Pretty sure there were people hanging out in the back that don't work there.

The food was cold. the tacos, the mini tacos, and curly fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. They ignored me when I asked for plastic wear and napkins because the bin was out. The floor and tables were dirty. Last time, I will be stopping in there. Even the booster seats were filthy

Placed order at 8:50 pm for drive through which is open til 10pm. Whole store was closed. Even had an employee come to my vehicle, didn’t tell me they were closed. Nada.
