I love this Jack. Service is good and workers are nice. They dont make you pull ahead after paying like most drive thrus nowadays. While others just want to take money and get you your food whenever, they want you to have your food in the order the customer arrives. What a concept! Try my favorite... Sourdough Jack extra patty.

We went through drive through and the girl taking our order was very rude for no reason. I don’t know if hairnets are required but no one had one on. Nobody was wearing gloves and just very unsanitary.
The monster munchie meal was terrible. They just throw everything in a box and the mozzarella stick was hollow. No cheese. And for 14.00. Don't order!

I live in Prescott Valley and it's a pretty long drive back to Willow Creek to tell the drive-up window dude he forgot my two tacos in my bag! Everything else for my friend was in the bag, but no site if my tacos 😞 friend was cool enough to share her burger and fries with me
