?OUTSTANDING? The customer service at the location in Prescott and even Prescott Valley is fantastic! Always uplifting. If I'm having a bad day, the drive-through staff is so personable that I forget why I was having a bad day. I accidentally put in a mobile order to the wrong store. Kyle went above and beyond to give me options. The manager, Jessie and all the staff have excellent customer service skills. The tacos are always a yummy comfort food. The midnight munchie box - um yes please! Good! Now Jack has a new crispy classic wrap that's delicious and add an order of crispy jalapeños on the wrap and you'll feel like you died and went to heaven - it's amazing. Thank you all for being great people❣️

Ordered a munchies meal with an ultimate cheeseburger specifically without sauce. No mayo, no mustard,no ketchup when I got my meal I ate my onion rings , and started to eat my burger to discover it had ALL of the above! I took it to the counter where I said to the woman at the counter I ordered this without sauce ..it has all three to which she said oh you ate it everything else and decide NOW the burger is wrong?? I said no and plopped the burger on the counter I just want my burger made right! She then accused me of throwing food at her!!It was a complete and total over reaction by the apparent MANAGER!! When I asked for corporate number the staff refused said it was on the receipt!! This whole situation could have been avoided had management been trained in customer service!! I don't get to Prescott often and this was suppose to be a treat but ended up being an attack!! Definitely not a good representation of Jack in the box!!

I've never. Even to JItheB! The jalapeño poppers were great and the mini tacos decadent. Don't know about the atmosphere since I went through the drive through.
