Ordered a yogurt bowl. It was $9 for very little yogurt and granola. Never going back, such a rip off !! Would have been better off just going to maverick.

I don't think I've ever had cheese so burnt on anything ever. It was so burnt, it had hardened to the bread and could not even be eaten. At almost $5, I definitely expected it to at least be equal quality to McDonald's, but it was worse.

I remember when Jamba Juice had all fruit smoothies. I got a razmatazz today and it was closer to juice than a smoothie.

I was last there a few months ago, our smoothie got messed up and a very nice guy I think he has fluffy blonde hair? Remade it very fast for us. Next time I come I hope to get the same good service

When my sister and I were ordering, the person at the register was very kind and helpful. But there was a girl with her hair down and eating while walking around where the drinks/food were being prepared. The kid that was making our drinks didn't even finish making our drinks and Asked the person that rung us up (which I'm guessing was a manager?) if he was good to go and he was not told to finish making our drinks... the drinks were also gross...

Great customer service! Cinnabon in the same store also with super friendly employees. Can't leave without a smoothie and a cinammon roll.
I stopped coming in here a year ago maybe. Because the juicer was always not working or they didn't have juice. I stopped back in, and what a surprise... "Our juicer isn't working". I think this place is misleading, calling themselves Jamba *JUICE* and never having juice. I hoped maybe it was under new management or something. What an embarrassment
