It’s hard for us to leave work to grab food, on the website it says the drive thru is open from 7-8am and open to the public at 8:30. Twice now, on a Sunday I have left work to grab some juices and there isn’t anyone there. I keep seeing one star reviews on this place and the responses are always ‘I’m sorry for your experience’ but nothing is ever done to fix the problems here. It’s too bad because Jamba is a great place for a good juice.

Jamba juice is very expensive and not that great for what you pay. Workers aren't the kindness people either, the vibe in there is nice and bright.

This place seriously needs some help, I waited 10 minutes to get my order taken and 20 to get my order, I order one açaí primo regular size. I genuinely enjoyed the bowl I would come back but only if I have half a damn hour to wait for one bowl.

It's getting a 2 because it's Jamba juice. Stopped specifically for my sick son. But for a $7 smoothie, I'm bummed the cup wasn't filled and that it's so sour he can't drink it (Caribbean passion or something was the drink).

I had an awful experience at Jamba Juice. First off, we had to do two separate transactions because they haven’t integrated the Jamba and Cinnabon systems. We waited 20 minutes just to get our order taken, and another 40 minutes to finally get our drinks. To make matters worse, they made our order before a couple who was three people ahead of us in line. And the place wasn’t even busy—there were only about five people waiting in total. When we finally got our smoothies, they were barely blended—chunks of fruit and ice everywhere. Honestly, never coming back here again. So disappointed!

I tried to pull through the drive and no one answered- went inside- no one around. I waited 15 minutes and seen 3 cars pull through the drive through until someone finally came out. I am a general manager at a restraunt and have no clue why a business would lose 4 customers for absent employees

How do you run out of everything to make ANY kind of bowl?

Love to start my day with a few boosts from Jamba.

Ordered a yogurt bowl. It was $9 for very little yogurt and granola. Never going back, such a rip off !! Would have been better off just going to maverick.

I don't think I've ever had cheese so burnt on anything ever. It was so burnt, it had hardened to the bread and could not even be eaten. At almost $5, I definitely expected it to at least be equal quality to McDonald's, but it was worse.

I remember when Jamba Juice had all fruit smoothies. I got a razmatazz today and it was closer to juice than a smoothie.
