Love that this Jamba has a drive thru option. They also have Cinnabons if you're craving more than a smoothie. The staff is always friendly and service is fast.

I stopped coming in here a year ago maybe. Because the juicer was always not working or they didn't have juice. I stopped back in, and what a surprise... "Our juicer isn't working". I think this place is misleading, calling themselves Jamba *JUICE* and never having juice. I hoped maybe it was under new management or something. What an embarrassment

Excellent service and smoothies are the best in town! Locally owned and operated they treat every customer like they matter. The drive thru is awesome and you can also get Cinnabon pre-packs from the Jamba window too! :)

Unfortunately i consider myself a regular at Prescott's Jamba and have good experiences however on my recent visit to pick up an order my girl Ashley did not demonstrate good customer what so ever. She greeted me with frustration that I failed to stop at the menus before proceeding to the window to pick up my over the phone order. She did not repeat my order nor ask me if I wanted my receipt.Very disappointing experience. I will be taking a break from visiting this location.

Incomplete orders for food delivery workers. Hard to check it when it's in a sealed bag that we can not go through and is handed to you while they say "yup it's all there" ? not only do customers give us bad reviews but because of this we make even less money than we already do?

Jamba has some of the best tasting products around every time I go in there I get a razzmatazz it's my favorite how can you go wrong with strawberries bananas with with some ice cream so goodLet's not even talk about the service. It really is five star worthy as soon as you walk in. You get greeted
Most times I go for a fresh orange juice and there’s always an excuse for not using the machine. Or they are out of oranges, or they will tell you that the machine is broken which I would totally understand if the issues were not most days. One time they even told me that they were almost closed when it was 7:54 pm and they closing hours are 9 pm every day. 2 stars only because the drinks have good quality. They need to pick better their workers. Some of them just don’t want to do their job!!

I tried a medium blue sky smoothie made with almond and coconut milk, blue spirulina, bananas and pineapple. It was quite good plus nice and thick. I chose this smoothie since it was the only one that didn't have fruit juice. Every other smoothie type had some sort of fruit juice and I didn't want that much sugar.

Smoothie bowls had inconsistent texture. Something was wrong with the cash register and she had to charge each of our 4 items separately.
