Food is good, but don’t expect prompt service. I ordered ahead because of lunch meetings, and when I arrived for scheduled pickup they hadn’t even begun my order. Needless to say I was over 20 minutes late for everything. Don’t go here if you’re needing to have reliable service and delivery.

Sadly I love Jersey Mikes sandwiches and the convent location of this one but i think the management may lack at this store… We went in about a month ago on a Friday evening around 7:00ish and literally walked out. I was scary messy and filthy with food all over the counter lettuce spilled all over and crumbs etc. I don’t think I’ve seen a sandwich store so dirty. I think there may have only been one employee working that night too? There was no bacon so we left. Then today we decided to try it again and it was still messy dirty with food all over yucky crumbs in the meet slicer. Buns/bread on the floor behind counter. Dirty but not as bad as the several weeks prior. There were plenty of employees behind the counter but their friends had come in asking if “corporate” was there. Once the friends had been served/“taken care of” and a few other customers helped, the employees did start to clean up but it should have never been what it was. Almost health dept violations! I asked if a mgr was there and no one really stepped up to admit they were in charge.. all good but if “corporate” is really running his location I think they’d be disappointed. I really like the food. And our sandwiches good and the makers did a good job on them…I hope this place improves as it didn’t used to be so bad…

I went to this location for lunch. The sandwich was wonderful as usual, but the staff was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Most of the employees were in the back being EXTREMELY loud while one young man with glasses was doing his best to run the entire line by HIMSELF. The other workers were watching stupid car videos on their phones and being VERY DISRESPECTFUL and CUSSING so loud you can hear it in the LOBBY. I planned on eating inside, but had to leave because it was too much. I have never had an issue at this location, but this was a BAD LOOK. IF YOU EAT HERE, BE AWARE OF THE LOUD MOUTH STAFF.

Wow! This place was packed at 2pm but the staff was UNBELIEVABLY efficient and friendly! They greeted everyone who came in the door and made sandwiches as fast as people could order them.

Young kids who don’t care about their jobs and if that’s what you call a manager than I wish this location all the luck it can get. If you are in it for the long run then educate your staff on proper customer service, professionalism and how to make a dam sandwich. Zero stars if I could.

I’m leaving a review today because while almost everything about this place is fantastic, one thing was not. The employee with the beard who decided it was somehow appropriate to shame and belittle the other employees aggressively while my husband and I got our order paid for should be spoken with. Every other worker there is fantastic but that guy could use a trip to the HR department. Otherwise it was yet another wonderful meal.

So why keep canceling my order? That was the second time. Like how do you guys stay in business do you guys close at 8 or 9? Lmfao this place is turning into a joke. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here they’ll just cancel the order no matter what time it is. These workers don’t want to work till closing time. Kinda sad…

They have some kid behind the counter cursing and acting a fool being on his phone and hitting on female customers l. There is absolutely no management. Also no professionalism and they don’t answer the phone when you order through the website for delivery and your order is missing half the items. The worst most unclean establishment I have ever seen.

Dirty- trash on the floor, on the tables, by the drink machine- all counters - bathroom were even dirtier- no toilet paper no soap. The young gentlemen there were goofing off and drawing on the white board. Checking their cell phones while making food. This is the third time in the past 3 months and it's always the same situation. Too bad nothings seems to change from reading previous reviews.
