I’m leaving a review today because while almost everything about this place is fantastic, one thing was not. The employee with the beard who decided it was somehow appropriate to shame and belittle the other employees aggressively while my husband and I got our order paid for should be spoken with. Every other worker there is fantastic but that guy could use a trip to the HR department. Otherwise it was yet another wonderful meal.

So why keep canceling my order? That was the second time. Like how do you guys stay in business do you guys close at 8 or 9? Lmfao this place is turning into a joke. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here they’ll just cancel the order no matter what time it is. These workers don’t want to work till closing time. Kinda sad…

They have some kid behind the counter cursing and acting a fool being on his phone and hitting on female customers l. There is absolutely no management. Also no professionalism and they don’t answer the phone when you order through the website for delivery and your order is missing half the items. The worst most unclean establishment I have ever seen.

Dirty- trash on the floor, on the tables, by the drink machine- all counters - bathroom were even dirtier- no toilet paper no soap. The young gentlemen there were goofing off and drawing on the white board. Checking their cell phones while making food.
This is the third time in the past 3 months and it's always the same situation. Too bad nothings seems to change from reading previous reviews.

I have repeatedly gone in as a walk-in customer and made to wait because I don't have the app or didn't place an online order. If you don't offer in in-house dining within a reasonable time frame then don't. Stick to what you seem to favor in your customers

Ordered sandwich online at 11:15. Was given an approximate pickup time of 12:15. Arrived at 12:15 and was told it was getting started. 12:45 no sandwich. Actually just gave up and left at 12:55 with no sandwich. No apologies, just excuses. Will not be returning to this sub shop

Extremely dirty restaurant. There was food all over every table and all over the floor. Food is great but I got scolded for not asking for cheese first.

Just purchased a jersey mikes number 17. I was so anxious to eat my sandwich. First bite, pulled a long blonde hair from my mouth. The rest of it was in the sandwich. This is unacceptable. I will never go back to this location.

I had a special event and Miguel was so helpful with planning a large sandwich order. The website ordering is really easy and even allows the option to add names to each sub, so you’re not having to unwrap each one to find your sandwich!
