So, food is always good. But the attitude from two of the workers tonight? Not cool. For people so young, their attitudes couldn't be ruder! It felt like I was totally bothering them by just giving them my order. Until some attitudes are adjusted, this repeat customer won't be back!

I have been eating in this location several times but today was very dissatisfied. The lettuce was brown, I have to ask for a fresh one, he mixed the container and serve it anyway. The girl that was cutting and wrapping, was dealing with the money. No gloves or washing.
They are more concerned about the phone in orders than the people standing in front of them. They messed up both of my subs will be awhile or 2 before I go

We've come to know this sub shop chain serves good eats at reasonable prices. The food was ready on time and the order was correct. We did feel the quantity of ingredients was on the light side from our past visits to Jersey Mike's elsewhere. However, we did get a Door Dash discount. The location is nothing special with no other nearby businesses open after dark.
As much as I Love Jersey Mike's and this food does fulfill the chain's quality level, I'm afraid the quantity was lacking in the department of chips and drinks and cookies. Not sure why they always seem to be barely filled up with chips and drinks but it just looks sad. And they didn't have the flavor I was looking for in the ones left. Is there a chip shortage or do they just not put them out? Same thing with the drinks and cookies. Just not what I'm used to seeing when I walk into a Jersey Mike's. They also said they were out of pickles, and let a huge line sit while they took their time. Is there a manager or some adults working? Pretty sure these were just kids from the HS across the st.
The sandwiches are the best! Much better than Subway, the only thing they need improvement on is staff needs to be more friendly because they don't seem happy when you walk in, but overall their sandwiches are delicious

This chain is a favorite of mine. When it comes to a sandwich, I love getting my meats cut at the time of the sandwich is made. It's a bonus that their bread is also really good. I like a crusty outside and a light and airy inside. This bread is all of that. Staff have been friendly and attentive each time I have visited this location. Overall a great sub shop!

I was VERY pleased to see that there are new employees in this location. I took a break from going here due to the poor communication, extreme lack of work ethic and honestly, rudeness given by the previous employees about 6 months back.3 young men in there today with great customer service and work ethic. I can’t stress how necessary this is for a great experience. ??
