It's been awhile since I've come to a fast food restaurant because I'm always disappointed stop by about 11:00 a.m. order a spicy chicken sandwich meal with biscuits the young lady was alone asked me to wait for a second to get to me no problem and I must say this was some of the best KFC I've had in a long time it was fresh delicious and I will definitely be coming back I was thoroughly impressed as most fast food tastes like trash now days thank you so much for making sure I get my money's worth

Went in as A DoorDasher and the 3 people working (no customers in lobby and one car in line) did not acknowledge me for over 5 mins. I had to yell at someone to help me and they looked at me and ignored my existence. Lmao hire people worth what you pay them cause they ain’t it.

You walk in , and can tell it's an old restaurant. Employees in the back do greet you. Then they go back to their own conversations. The food comes out fast then you sit down. Immediately you can tell the food has been sitting for awhile. My " two piece" meal was white meat. The wing was scorched, yet the breast was undercooked. Then you hear it... The talk. Loud, rude cursing from, not only the back, but drive-thru as well. With no regard for who is sitting in the dining area. There were children present, and still it didn't matter. Disgusting. When I left not even a "Have a nice day."

Ordered through drive-thru. Got home 30 minutes away, and found they gave me the crunchy instead of original. No flavor whatsoever, like eating cardboard. I'm not sure how fast food workers want $20 an hour when they can't pay attention to detail! Very frustrating!
