Avoid Lisa the cashier. She is a royal pain. She is not friendly or considerate. Because of her, I have been going else where.

Clicklist was fast tonight! I got most of my items and was able to substitute 2 items before picking up my order. HOWEVER, I had asked for 4-5 red potatoes and then 4-5 russet potatoes, and was only given 1 of each. Who only orders 1 potato? While my order was being loaded, I went up to the pharmacy walk-up window to pick up a prescription. The woman started to help me (asked birthday and if I have any questions) then proceeded to walk away and began helping other customers. Then, she leaned on the counter like she didn't have anything to do. I hit the call button but was ignored. I then went inside and she was like "oh weren't you at the window" and proceeded to tell me my medicine had to be recounted. She totally could've said that at the window instead of walking away and ignoring me.

Fast service and this place has everything you need to stock up your place. The collards here are GIGANTIC!! That impressed me the most. Plenty of parking outside and easy getting in and out of here for your groceries.

It's an amazing place to grocery store to shop at. Literally have everything you need. I wish my hometown had a Kroger. I purchased some big juicy T-bone steaks at a reasonable price. I love Kroger and can't wait to go back.

It's not the store, it's the customers..... Every time I visit this store I see or experience rude or classless customers. The staff is hit or miss. Most just trying to their job in a very big store. Some more well trained than others, all appear to be stretched thin. Only go there when I have to, but they have a broad selection of items so I keep going back. Glad they opened a DHX downtown so I don't have to go often!

Everything was fine except for the self checkout was being a pain and whenever it messed up the girl at the self checkout would ROLL HER EYES at us and then take her sweet freaking time coming over to help us. Her name was Estrella.

No complaints. I had to go pick up some ice cream. Everything was clean and not nasty. I'll be over here another time if I am in the area.

THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! I never purchased fresh cut turkey meat before so I was unaware of the apparently 10 different kinds they sell. I walked up to the old lady who clearly was having a bad day and ask if I could have a pound of turkey meat. Instead of asking me what kind & offering the different kind they have. She mugs me and says nothing. We literally had a 30second stare off then she finally responds and say "I'm lookin at you like this because you not telling me what kind you tryna get!" Then she continues to go off on me about it! Me still not knowing what kind to get I just asked for smoked. Well apparently that still wasn't enough for her. And she still continues to go off on me. And to avoid causing more attention than what she already caused I had to just stand there & let her yell & be completely disrespectful! I walked out feeling COMPLETELY ashamed and belittled and that is absolutely no way a customer should feel! I am only even writing this because I am still emotionally bothered about it! Never again will I ever drive from Arkansas to go to this Kroger. I'm sticking to my friendly/helpful Kroger!

This Kroger has been a staple in the midtown community for as long as I can remember. It had been a while since I've been there, but it still has the same welcoming vibe. I was so elated to see that they had courtesy water at the door for shoppers in the extremely hot Memphis weather. The lines were not super long. I found exactly what I was looking for, so I was satisfied. No, this Kroger does not have all of the amenities that some the newer location does, but they have what you need.

Friendly people. Great parking. Close to home. Thankful for our neighborhood grocery.

Worst Kroger in Memphis. Supposed to be open until 11:00 but apparently when they say 11:00, that really means 10:45. Their security guard had locked the doors ad essentially told me to f**k off when I said, y'all close in 15 min. Basically will never go here again and def will call the manager in the morning cause that's ridiculously unprofessional

I came here often when I lived nearby. I'll still stop here once in a blue moon if I happen to be near it. But honestly, this location is ghetto as hell! It somehow feels cramped, aisles sometimes looking a mess and no salad bar. Not to sound stuck up, but it's the truth. You know you're in the hood grocery store when you got scary as hell security guards staring you up and down as if you're going to steal or start a fight. *Sighs* Welcome to Memphis y'all.

Like a place straight from a horror film. More than 30 people loitering on a Friday afternoon, some of them directly in the parking lot. The many people loitering combined with the overcrowded parking lot and general sketchy vibe of the store makes for a pretty uncomfortable experience
