Be there Thursday night for the Dance party and buffet. Bring a great sense of humor and $16, you will not regret it.

Embarrassing. Walked out, took forever for someone to even notice us, and then they handed us a menu that had like five items on it. Obviously poor ownership.

We went there for dinner. The service was OK but the food was not good at all. Tasted like plain tomato sauce on everything and menu was extremly limited and high priced for what you get.Better to drive the extra mile into town to get better food and a better value. Looks like most people just come to drink. Also beware it is cash only.

bunch of van dwellers living in their parking lot and staying there when they're closed which makes it super creepy and an unsafe feeling for female patrons the owner should really not allow this. These are the kidnapping type vans, not the 125k Sprinters

Fantastic Shrimp Enchiladas, amazing restaurant atmospheres hidden away in the pines of good old P-town!

Los Pinos is a fun restaurant to go to because there is live music on one side with dancing and dining. The food is good (we usually share the shrimp fajitas) and we feel comfortable bringing our kids.

The restaurant is closed for now, but there's live music and senior's dancing from 5-8pm Thur, Fri, and Sat every week. Great spot for older folks.

Let us start by saying we read the reviews first and still chose to give it a try. We also went New Year's Eve night because it was located right across from our hotel. Being New Year's Eve we anticipated from reading the reviews that there would be a prolonged wait time for both seating and food. What we did not anticipate was the restaurant being nearly out of everything we tried to order. On the other hand, we were seated quickly and once they did find us something to make from the menu it came extremely fast to where my husband turned to me and said "was this already made before we came"?But to our surprise the food was satisfactory. However, the salsa was neither mild or hot but a watered down ketchup with zero flavor. The decor of the restaurant did not match the authentic Mexican heritage, I felt more as if I was in a restaurant from the show Yellowstone. Thinking of having desert think again, we were asked if we wanted desert but when we asked for the desert menu the waiter quickly replied "there is none let me go check what we have" as if we were visiting his home and he were to go look in his own freezer. So as enticing as that was we opted out of desert. All in all, we will not revisit and would not recommend nor suggest any of our friends to visit.

They call it Mexican food, tasteless. Drive past this one.

So I am amending my last review! Giving it 2 stars because the bartender did a great job. They made many changes including smaller portions. Raising prices is understandable just keep the portions the same when you do. Your patrons do notice. The mole sucked this time though! Won't be back.
Straight up flavorless gruel. Salsa is basically tomato sauce. Worse salsa in town. Worse Mexican food I’ve had anywhere in the United States! Service is trash and the clientele is mostly white senior citizens who can’t take spicy foods. The staff are rude and often forget you are in there. Never refill drinks and food takes forever and it’s not because they are busy. I live close by and the lot is half full at most on taco Tuesdays, Friday’s and Saturday’s. By 8 it’s basically empty. I’ve been told the cops visit regularly too and it’s not to eat. I’ve never seen a person of Mexican descent eating there either! HUGE RED FLAG for anyone wanting authentic Mexican cuisine. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

We just had a wonderful meal at Los Pinos, Saturday night. Short staff but it was so well pulled together. Everyone was helping each other. We loved it. Will definitely be back. The girl who was our waitress ended up being a distant relative. God, I love this town! Food, drinks and service was on point, even short staffed! Thank you!

First time there and I'm hooked. Great food. Great music. Very nice restaurant. Our server was Michelle and she was terrific. They are working on an outside patio area near the creek. It looks like it will be really nice.Check this place out. You won't be disappointed.
