Marino's Mob Burgers And Ice Cream

Went there for the first time, and I will tell you going back and back again. It was fantastic, the atmosphere, the menu, the service and the prices. If you haven’t gone, take yourselves there, you wont be disappointed.

Fantastic classic chicken fingers in downtown Prescott! Loved the smaller size fingers, the crispiness and flavor. The fries were also great, as were the tater tots.

I got the albondigas soup to go. When I opened up the cup, it had a thick layer of greasy oil floating on the top, the broth was flavorless, the vegetables complete mush and the meatballs hard as rocks. Horrible. And that cost $10 for soup. I won't be back.

Parking: Difficult to find open spot on the street.

Local, this is my go to spot. Best burgers in Prescott area! Wait staff is awesome, were very attentive. Nice ambiance in the place. 10/10 would recommend.

Was very disappointed. I’ve been coming here for almost 9 years and had never had a bad experience until tonight. My husband and I came in for dinner about an hour before they closed for the night, and the waitress rolled her eyes at us, and told us the kitchen was closing in 45 minutes. I felt bad, but clearly it wasn’t actually that big of an issue because other people walked in 5 minutes before the kitchen closed, and were served without any apparent issue. When our food was served, about a half hour before they closed, which is more then enough time to eat for two people, it was given to us in to- go boxes. The waitress made a comment about how the chef was annoyed and complaining, and that was the reason for the to go box. We were told that we could still eat in if we wanted. We ate and ended up done before the restaurant was even closed. The whole experience felt hostile and incredibly unprofessional.

Stopped in and shared a burger. The burger and fries were very good. The Thrifty strawberry cheesecake ice cream cone was huge for a single scoop! Service was excellent and prices reasonable.

Dropped by in early April for the hand scooped ice cream. This cream was great, but the service was even better. 👌

Went in with a party of 13. Sat at 2 sepwrate tables. Had to get our own menus, waited over 30 minutes to even be addressed by the waitress. That was AFTER we asked for service as she was taking order groups that came in after we did. The waitress was rude and did not want to serve the party. She ignored us and kept saying she was the only one working but continued to serve others.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here. We came when it was just the two of us and a different guy by himself. Everything was fine until we got our food. I bit into my $19 supposedly fancy/gourmet chicken sandwich and it was absolutely dry and crusty and the patty was flat with little to no 'special sauce' as advertised in the menu. My second bite was even worse as I tasted a mouthful of bread, burnt, and back to bread. This usually occurs with frozen chicken patties and/or if the patty was sitting in a fryer for way too long. Either way, it was straight mortifying. I absolutely regretted what my mouth and wallet had to go through since my complaint was ignored by the server. He continued to discreetly sample ice cream behind the counter and then started a conversation with the other guy. If you are visiting Prescott, just get something simple like Cane's or Culver's instead and ignore these gourmet places that enjoy stealing money.

That's how yummy the food was.
And the service is spectacular, and the waitresses are beautiful and fun with the costume play.

Not good

Yum!!! My family of five has gluten, egg, and dairy issues, and I’m vegetarian. They have options for everyone!!! My husband husband ordered the great gatsby, I ordered the bugsy with the blackbean burger - everything was delicious! The gluten free bun was perfectly done. This is our new favorite restaurant! We can’t wait to come back to try a different burger.

We and our friends went to Mob's for lunch. Our server, Yolanda, was very attentive and accommodating. She helped us with recommendations from the lunch menu. Our food was very good and Yolanda made our lunch very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you for being a wonderful host, Yolanda, you rock!

We picked this place at random and were blown away by the quality of food and service. The burgers (and fries) were so good and the ice cream portions were HUGE. So pleased with the experience and will eat here again!

My husband and I had lunch at Mario’s Mob Burgers. It was absolutely awesome! The food was fantastic, my teriyaki burger was the best! And our waitress, Allie was one of the best waitresses we have ever had! She was just incredible!
