On the 30th of December. Ordered a dbl cheese without mustard an katsup an added Mac sauce. So the burger was built after I ordered it. Took one bite and that's when I noticed the hair, it was nice an long an it was through the entire burger. Whoever made it would have to be blind not to see it. It was long female hair. I will never eat at any McDonald's EVER again. Got my money back an left. Unexceptable. To the manager I say this you should fire the idiot responsible for this immediately. After that you should resign. That's right, I'm a cook this to me should never ever happen. My final word do not eat at this McDonald's it sucks, the employees suck an the management sucks .

They took away the registers. You can only order food at the kiosk. There’s no one around to ask for water or sauce or anything. Tables were all dirty cause there’s no one around cleaning in the dining area. All employees are now in the back. Ray Kroc would be mortified.

They are always out of ice cream you get to the window and they always make you pull around and wait for your burgers so that their time through the drive-through won’t be affected. It’s cheating and this is the worst McDonald’s ever.

They just changed it to where to can't see the menu inside. This was the last McDonalds in Prescott with decent service. I'm done with Mc Donald's. There are plenty of other options to choose other than this stupid company

They are always so nice here. Forgot to add cheese to a hot and spicy and they hooked me up. I was even willing to pay for the cheese. <3 so glad they are open again.

I ordered a number 7 do hamburgers and one fry I asked for a large fries very rude people double charged me when I only wanted one meal that came with two burgers cheeseburgers and one large fry and then they decided to be rude more and call the cops on him so never come to this McDonald's they should be put out of business they deserve no stars why do not ever come to this McDonald's because they are rude and all they have to do is redo the order at the window

Took like 10 minutes to get my food it usually is way faster at a normal McDonald’s
At least twice as slow as any other McDonald's. This has happened numerous times. There must be something deeply wrong in the management here for it to be so consistently lame. When I complained some smart mouth kid said have more patience next time. My response would be stop claiming to be fast food, and I won't be back. I recommend you go to a different McDonald's.

I really appreciated the customer service. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, but when I brought it up, the cashier on duty, Amber quickly resolved the issue. She was extremely polite and courteous.
