I would give zero stars if that was an option. As someone who does delivery, every time I come to this store.I have to wait nearly ten minutes for anybody to even acknowledge that.I'm there and the order is never ready. I always get the excuse that there's short staffed, but I think that is no cause to not even say hi will be right with you or anything to the customer. If I didn't do delivery, I would never go there personally to get anything. I have not met one person there who seems to be friendly. Customer service skills are truly lacking.

The people are nice but the new McD design does not want you to order or eat in person. I saw a person leave because no one would take her order. Refills they have to throw your cup away and give you a new one. The employees I did see were doing the best they can

Came in yesterday with my family to place an order to take home and was bullied and aggressively treated unbelievably Rude by your employee Oscar yesterday July 8th it is unbelievable the way you treat people at that store I called three times to try to talk to the actual manager of the store and got teenagers every time I will find the general manager of the McDonald's around here and I will report the entire store you guys are unbelievable

Oscar is an employee and is Rude and Ignorant. When a customer want to place an order at the counter. Oscars aggressively instructs me to use the kiosk. I said not thanks . He say here I'll do for you at the kiosk. I said again no thanks I would like to place it at the counter. He walked off the floor floor and completely ignored my request. The new young man at 3:30 yesterday thanks so much for all your help. OSCAR you a horrible young man and McDonald's should fire you for your disrespectful and aggressive behavior to others who are comfortable with pay kiosks. As I just had my CC info stolen from one in town in July. Shame on your managers for allowing you to bully customers.

I should up at 10:04 and the drive thru menu boards was off and the front door was locked but says that they are open till 11pm

Horrible service. To Go order, arrived and noticed they didn’t give me my 20pc nuggets. At least they charged me the full $42 for a few sandwiches and fried but no nuggets. Should have been a red flag when I saw the lady in front of me complaining about her order being wrong.
