Have not eaten at Olive Garden in many years!

The food was decent, but nothing outstanding: Fettuccine alfredo was good, but a little grainy in texture, breadsticks always good, and salad was almost a soup with all the dressing. Soups were good, but not memorable.

Where this place really shined was the wait staff!

Attentive, but not overbearing, kind and genuine!

Food isnt anything special. Theres barely any vegetarian options. 1 kind of soup and 2 entrees to choose from. I got the Eggplant Parmesan and the tomatoe sauce was so acidic it actually left a sore in my mouth. Very nice employees and ambiance but it's not really worth going.

As a veteran coming for their Veterans Day Offer of a free entree, my visit to Olive Garden with my wife and friend should have been an enjoyable experience. I like the Olive Garden concept but unfortunately the Prescott location always disappoints me. I usually have better luck at the Olive Gardens in other locations.

First, the salad was absolutely drenched in salad dressing, making half of it inedible. I ordered the Veterans Day spaghetti and meatballs, my wife had the Never Ending pasta with spaghetti and meat sauce, as did my friend, who had rigatoni and meat sauce. The first thing we noticed was there wasn't enough sauce on the spaghetti, and very little meat in what was there. After the spaghetti was mixed with the sauce, it was like there was no sauce at all and no taste, just the noodles. I asked for more sauce, and that made it acceptable, except the meat was still lacking. It never used to be like this,. I had asked for bread sticks with no salt, but didn't receive them until I was done with my meal, after I reminded our waitress. Then they had no butter on them, so I gave up on that. Just an all around bad experience!

When it was time to pay, we never received a receipt, only the charge slip for $44.65. We left a $8.35 tip, which was too much considering the service. Upon leaving we discussed the bill on the way home because it seemed excessive, because my Veterans Day Meal was supposed to be free. We only had two cokes and one water, so with tax it should have been $38.65, a $6.00 overcharge. This was not acceptable and needless to say, I won't be coming back to this Olive Garden again!

This Olive Garden exceeded my expectations in every way.

The service was exceptional. Aaron was so friendly, fast, and attentive to our needs. He was also very knowledgeable and able to answer our random questions, like how much soup OG goes through in a day! Honestly the best server I’ve ever had anywhere.

The food was great. We got the baked ziti and eggplant parm and would recommend both. Atmosphere was nice, especially with the lunchtime sunshine coming in!

My cousin was visiting from Canada and insisted that we go, and I’m so glad we did. We would 100% come back!!

We had a nicer lunch at your restaurant today. The place was very clean. The food server was a very nice young lady named Adeline. The food was very good. She kept us refilled and we lacked for anything. Thank you Addy.

I typically wouldn't leave a review for a food chain restaurant but this location was pretty amazing. 4 of us stopped around 12:30 and we're sat immediately. There seemed to be plenty of staff and we had atleast 2 employees help with our table. Both were friendly and we never had to ask for refills on drinks, they kept them coming. Thats huge, nothing worse than having to ask for a refill and it take 15 minutes to get so kudos to this OG for really good service. The food was by far the best out of all the OG locations ive visited in my 43 years. I got the Tour of Italy for obvious reasons. The food came out quick and 2 servers brought it all out so no one had to wait for their food while others eat, or worse case, you wait and your food gets cold. Please keep up the good work.
