Everything was good except for the hair in my bread stick that the server did nothing about.

I rarely come here and tonight proved to me why. At first I thought things were going good. We got seated quickly. Our server greeted us quickly. We took a couple minutes to order since my wife was deciding what she wanted. We got our appetizers in a decent amount of time. Now we waited a bit for our entrees. My wife's spaghetti looked fine. I ordered the Tour of Italy and my Lasagna and Chicken Parm were just crusted and dry. The server who did not bring it to the table agreed it did not look good. He put in for a new dish and I waited. I probably waited another 15 minutes for my dish to come out. Meanwhile we did not get drinks refilled once. It was almost like our server gave up after he realized things weren't going right. At first I did not blame the server since he did not bring out my botched dish but when he walked by and looked at the table where there were empty drinks and salad bowl and didn't offer refills. That was when I figured he gave up on us. When he brought out my remade dish, the Chicken Parm looked better, the Alfredo was lacking sauce, and the Lasagna was still a little charred on top. I just accepted it because I was hungry and figured this was the best I was going to get on a second shot at remaking the dish. I was quite disappointed to say the least. I have always enjoyed the lunch deal with the soup and salad. I think I am done ordering entrees since I have never been satisfied with them. There are other Italian places in town with exceptionally better entrees for the same price.

I've always had a great time here. Husband and I made this our go-to for date night and the only time we didn't have such a nice time was when a new waitress forgot about us, but the manager was very apologetic for the delay. Mistakes happen! It was pretty nice all in all.

I loved my shrimp and noodles but my husband didn't care as much for his spaghetti! I always tell him not to order spaghetti in a restaurant!

Always reasonable food and service. Olive Garden a chain that's reliable and repeatable across the country. Nothing bad.

If you go I hope you don't sit with Ana. I got the Tour of Italy the lasagna tasted like chemicals so I didn't eat. When I told Ana I didn't like it she offered the check.

I had the best experience today at the bar! I tried to order over the phone and no one answered! I went inside to the bar and the guys there was outstanding! I was in and out of there with my food faster than if I could have called it in! Amazing service with a smile! Such a great server/bartender! We will be back for sure!

Great service and great food! I enjoyed the gluten free meat sauce pasta with cheese added on top for about $14. My husband liked his chicken Alfredo as well. The service was excellent and they checked on us very frequently

Made a to go order and they gave it to someone else so I had to sit in my car outside for 30 minutes waiting for them to remake my order. Good food and they were nice about their incompetence but it still took an inconvenient amount of time from my night.

The server forgot my food. Even though she brought my husband his. She told me she would bring it 3 times. She delivered the check with the dinner still on it. When I asked to have the meal removed from the bill, she told me she would box it to go. 🤣🤦🏿‍♀️
On a side note, I hate the pay at the table things. They are an exercise in frustration.

I took two of my grandchildren to the Prescott location. It was the boys' first time to Olive Garden, and they loved it. Our server, April, was amazing. She pre-bussed, which is a big deal with me, kept our drinks full, and even gave us an extra chocolate mint that thrilled the boys. This is the first time I've gotten to take the boys anywhere in over a year due to the younger fighting t-cell leukemia. He is cancer free but will continue treatments for an unknown amount of time.
