Wow, that dough!
I figured I’d try a calzone. I’m currently eating it as leftovers right now, and counting the minutes till they open tonight so I can order another one. I’ve eaten a lot of Italian food in my lifetime but this hit different. It’s almost like they have elves or a magician making this dough. It was somehow flaky, crunchy, yet soft, and it tastes like a cake made of Italian spices, and garlic.
