Went here to celebrate a birthday and enjoy the all you can eat shrimp feast. Got seated right away and got serviced as soon as we sat down.Service was good, nice, and always made sure we had everything we needed.Food was amazing and the drinks as well.This was a nice experience as I haven't eaten at a Red lobster in a very long time.Thank you for an amazing dinner and amazing services.Good job guys!

I gave a three star for the misleading Black Friday offer to buy a $50 gift card and get a $20 bonus. I bought a $100 card and was extremely disappointed that the fine print was not obviously noted. Instead of getting an additional card for $20 the rules state that you get a $10 bonus in January and another in February. But not all days, in January it does not start until the 10th. I have to go four times in order to take advantage of the offer. I would have never wasted my time with such an onerous offer. It makes me mad instead of happy to go to Red Lobster.

Terrible! Do not waste your money! I ordered lobster tail with shrimp for $45! It did not mention on the menu that for $45 you only get a empty lobster tail shell with 4 (four) tiny bits of lobster the size of a DIME!! When presented at table, the pre-cut open lobster tail was empty! Yes, empty!!! 5 very small shrimp were on top of the empty lobster tail shell. Only four (4) dime size bits of lobster pieces were on the plate around the empty lobster shell!! The waiter stated, "The lobster tail shell is always empty, the lobster tail shell is for presentation only, nothing in it, we only put bits and pieces of lobster on the plate around the empty lobster tail". After I said, "since I spent $45 for lobster and shrimp, I expect lobster". Waiter stated, "if you want more bits and pieces of lobster, it will cost you an extra $18". Wow! No thanks. NO NOT EAT HERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Will NEVER come back!!!
