I've been coming to this location since they've opened. They've been pretty consistently great. The food has always been great and normally the service is equally great. My only complaint is that they've gotten rid of their soups. I imagine soup isn't a top seller at a place like this but we specifically chose to come here because one member of our party was having temporary issues eating solids. But other than that no complaints at all.

It could be that this particular Red Robin is having some troubles because the cooks refuse to listen to what the customer wants. I personally plan to never go back, as every time me and my husband go in there and order a burger they refuse to cook my burger the way I want it. I always order my burger well done, but its like the cook making it has some sort of mental block about cooking it well done because it always comes out pink inside the burger. I do not like a pink meat burger, but no matter how I order it (and I always say well-done, no pink), it always comes to our table not well-done, pink meat. We have given them multiple chances to fix this problem but they apparently refuse to fix it. So, we plan to not go back. If their cook won't fix the food the way the customer orders it, they should fire the cook. Listen to the customer, or your Red Robin will not succeed. I hate not going there cause we like Red Robin, but their cook or cooks at the Prescott, AZ have led us to putting this review out there. Good luck.
Had a great dinner with Jocelynn as our Waitress, cute hair style, and Madison as our Server Assistant. Both did an amazing job and were very attentive and kind. Very pleased 😀

A server was exceptional however she's leaving to be a nurse in Tennessee. Food was so so. Endless french fries but they were lukewarm. The hamburger was plentiful but kind of mushy. Didn't really like the quality of beef in the burger. Probably just a personal opinion.
