The best pie I've had in my life, and I've traveled around!

They keep canceling my orders. Are they ever open for business ?

Good service from the employees that were present. However it is abundantly clear that the Rustic Pie Company is gone with this new proprietor. Lack of available menu and under staffing probably because staff are underpaid lead to a more retail coffee shop experience.

Coffee was WEAK and expensive and cinnamon roll was doughy...ugh! Will not be back again EVER. At first they were good. Ah well.

Used to be 5 stars. Under new management? Because it's definitely not as good as it used to be. Every time I go in now you get something different. Onetime my sandwich and pasta salad was stuffed in a bag the size of a Subway sandwich bag. All scrunched up and bag tearing. I know it's a little thing but the sandwiches are not cheap. Pies used to be wonderful with a full assortment. Not so much now. I hope since business is picking up again it gets better.

Hidden gem! Yummy pie, great coffee and outdoor seating.

The pies and cookies here are great. I try and stop here for desert after visiting Bill's Grill on my trips to Prescott. This place is under new ownership so I hope nothing changes with the pies from before.

New owners are awesome people.Food is great. Plus they are human beings who stand for freedom of choice. I love it there.

I cant help but wonder if the latest good reviews are written by staff and their friends. This place has gone downhill since the new owner took over. They run of everything, incl. bread because they dont make enough and have raised their prices by at least 2 dollars. Everytime I drive by, the parking is empty except maybe a couple days a week. I can understand why. The new owner never makes themself visible but stays in the back. Guess I just miss how the previous owners were so welcoming and knew the locals by name.which really adds to the business. Dont just depend on out of towners for your business. I dont know how they stay open. If the 5 staratings are legit (?), Its only because they dont have anything to compare it to. The cases are too empty.

I've been hearing great things about this cute little restaurant. It is open for DINE IN even though Google hasn't updated. The atmosphere was perfect, it was early morning and quiet. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I had a yummy veggie quiche with a side of excellent tasting chili. I also splurged on a mixed berry bran muffin...AMAZING! Keith ordered 2 eggs with biscuits and gravy, they weren't what he typically gets, they had a unique flavor, he really liked them! We will definitely be back, and we're looking forward to warmer weather so we can sit out on their outdoor patio.

They were out if everything we were interested in. Food was just ok. Was very surprised that I paid for a cup of Lemonade that was from Costco. We purchased a pot pie to make at home and it was so bland and greasy. Big disappointment. Do not recommend.

I visited for first time Rustic Pie this morning and I loved it! Tasty cookies and yummy chai tea. The lady at the counter was super kind and nice. Thank you so much! Now I want to come back to try their soups and sandwiches ;-)

What happened to the old rustic Pie company. No longer the same and it won't be back, my wife and I went in there for lunch on Thursday October 15, 2020, there was a line of about six people at 12 o'clock noon, we ordered chili and a cheeseburger with potato salad, we were told they were out of hamburger? Chili dog , out of chili dogs ? I said it's twelve o'clock lunchtime and your out of hamburgers and chili Dogs? They explained that they were the new owners, and that they were under staffed , my wife changed her order to a cheese sandwich, so a bowl of chili and a cheese sandwich, that took 25 minutes to arrive, oh and those great rolls they used to serve with the chili they were out of them!!! Bill $20! Meal came warm not hot, sorry to say after all that great years we had going to this restaurant we will not be going back! And by the way the chili was nowhere near what the old chili used to be. The cost of the cheese sandwich $10. And it's not even on the menu.

Wishing the new owners the best! Loved the lavender latte and the service was outstanding. The smell of home made goodies is captivating,
