I had breakfast this morning at Salt & Pepper Cafe and it was amazing. I ordered the Canoli French Toast and it was to die for. It was topped with and actual canoli. I will definitely be going back.

We loved it! Anyone who knows our family knows this is high praise indeed as we consider ourselves foodies. We are notorious for giving restaurants one chance to impress us and they did! I didn’t take pictures but can share what we ordered. I got the Benedict flight with traditional and carnitas. My husband got the biscuits and gravy special. My oldest son got the Funky Monkey French Toast and my youngest got the Churro French Toast. All four of us made “happy plates,” the food was that good. The English muffins were a generous size and the poached eggs were as well to cover the muffins. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the hollandaise was excellent. Carnitas was flavorful and the crema on top was tangy and delicious. My husband’s gravy was a bit spicy and the texture of the gravy was creamy and flavorful. The French toast was rich and sweet if you like that type of thing, which my boys do! The funky monkey had candied pecans, banana and caramel which was decadent. We visit Prescott pretty regularly and we will definitely come again. We highly recommend.

This was a great spot for breakfast. All the food was delicious!! Service was friendly and fast. Place gets busy and parking was limited for the crowd but more than worth the wait. Some of the best and most creative Eggs Benedict I've had. Can't wait to go back.

8/29/25...My wife and I went for breakfast. I had the days special...biscuit and gravy, she had the chorizo and funky monkey waffles. Very delicious, great service but the parking can be frustrating.
The food was excellent, in my opinion. I ordered the salt and pepper breakfast, which is bacon, eggs, hash browns, and a slice of toast. The service was fantastic. Get there early because they get packed. The staff and the people were all friendly and having a good time. Love it!

Recommended by our tour guide. So we went the next day and it was phenomenal! Apparently the cook is a trained chef. The gravy was so wonderful! Portions were huge! Will definitely come back!
