A small local diner opened for breakfast and lunch. The churro French toast was delicious. The service was fast even though the Cafe was packed.

Best huevos rancheros I've ever had. The lemon ricotta pancakes are amazing too. Are here when we were visiting Prescott and I'm sad I don't live nearby cause I'd be here every week.

Lovely restaurant for breakfast! So many good options to choose from. Good kids menu and the breakfast potatoes were 10/10! We all enjoyed the food and the staff was very friendly:) I ordered and orange juice and it was delicious. I believe it’s freshly juiced to order with their machine.

1) The Cannoli French Toast was one of my favorites. If I was just eating that it would get a little boring by the end but to share with the table it was really good. The cream is between two pieces of Texas French toast. The cannoli on top was a little blah (the cream was good the shell was blah). There is enough cream between the two pieces of toast to make it very enjoyable.2) The breakfast burrito wads another of my favorites. The potatoes in it were really good. The chorizo and peppers/onions were nice. I would prefer a little more cream on top but overall it was very well done. It was very large as well. It would be nice to have the tortilla fried but it was a nice soft tortilla.3)The Monte Cristo was very nice. Two pieces of Texas toast cooked well. The filling was very thin, but the cheese made the sandwich. So smooth and creamy. The sauce it came with was interesting, not bad but I didn't love it with the sandwich. The hash browns were absolutely awful. ? They tasted like cardboard even with ketchup and Cholula.4) The breakfast sandwich was kind of blah. I asked for the arugula on the side and they just let the arugula fall off the sandwich with the aoli and top bun attached to it. When I asked for extra aoli because mine fell off with the arugula they charged me $1.50. The aoli made the sandwich but it wasn't worth $1.50 to replace what they did wrong.5) The Nutella Waffle was just ok. The waffle was dry and there was nothing awe-inspiring about it.6) The waitress was very friendly, we sat pretty quickly, and food didn't take long. We weren't offered refills on our water but I was offered 3 times to refill my coffee. I am sad there was no more sweet potato hash. The parking is very tight.Overall, I would come back for the Cannoli French Toast, the Breakfast Burrito, and the Monte Cristo.
