The best ice cream in Prescott with great choices and large portions. We've tried a couple of other places, however this is now our go to. Very kind staff as well.

My wife and I came to Prescott for a marching band competition and discovered Shanna's Sugar Shack. It was really yummy and the owner and her Mom were really friendly and made us feel welcome. Would visit again.

Stopped by when we were in town last week after seeing post. So yummy. Really cute little area with shops and other food as well. Glad we came by.

So many amazing options, brownies, small batch ice creams, and other sweet treats.

Wow, this is great ice cream! They use Ashby's homemade ice cream. I had the sea turtle with caramel and chocolate pieces and it was great. Our daughter's had other flavors and loved them.
The prices are much better than the major ice cream stores.

I am very disappointed in the service of this place. I asked to taste test one of the flavors I was interested in - the lady handed me a spoon of the ice cream in which there was a hair in the ice cream. I told her and without saying a word she threw it away and handed me a new one. After purchasing my ice cream, we were walking to the car and I found another hair sticking out of my ice cream. I thought maybe I was just having bad luck and was going to continue to enjoy my ice cream. Surprise surprise my very next bite had ANOTHER hair in it. At this point I felt nauseous seeing these and decided to take the ice cream back. The worker didn't even seem surprised and asked if I wanted a new one. I didn't think I could stomach seeing another one so I just said no thank you. She was on the phone with who seemed like the manager of the store at the time and explained the situation and the manager didn't seem surprised about the hairs either. I am disgusted that the lack of cleanliness seemed like the norm here.

Best little ice cream shop we have ever been to. Our new favorite place to come to anytime we visit Prescott! Very creamy, not too sweet ice cream. Thanks Shanna!

First time here. We saw the signs for the ice cream stuffed donuts and had to try one. Super good. Glazed donuts with two scoops of ice cream inside. Then the toast the outside. Very tasty treat. Glad we stopped by.

I’m still dreaming about the ice cream cookie sundae I had. My mom, dad, and I wanted to check this place out after seeing it on TikTok, so we stopped in here around 5 PM on a Saturday and thankfully there was no one in there and we were able to place our three orders without no other party coming in behind us (except for one woman but she was actually apart of the group that was outside eating their ice cream while we were walking in).

The one woman working inside was super friendly and walked us through each step of the ordering process. It would’ve been super stressful for her if there was a line, with how attentive she was being with us!

My mom and I both ordered the ice cream cookie sundae. She chose a red velvet cookie base, with a scoop of the rush hour and a scoop of the ultimate peanut butter brownie ice cream, along with caramel drizzle and butterfinger topping. I ordered the Reese’s cookie base with a scoop of the peanut butter brownie ice cream and lemon cheesecake ice cream, with white chocolate drizzle and Oreo pieces on top. My dad ordered the brownie base with ice cream and a Reese’s cookie on top! His looked massive in his bowl!

The ice creams were out of the world, but the cookies were the stars of the show. My mom is a superb baker and even she was stumped on how they can keep their cookies so soft throughout each bite even with cold ice cream on top. That’s how amazing they were. If there’s one thing I dislike about cookies, it’s when they get crispy or crunchy and they’re impossible to get through with utensils. These cookies, however, cut like a moist piece of cake or brownie, they were so soft. The peanut butter/chocolate combination in mine was just what I needed after a day walking around Prescott and hiking the local trails. My mom and dad both loved what they got, but my mom wished she hadn’t gotten the red velvet cookie since she wished there were fewer white chocolate chunks in the cookie.

The prices were great for the amount of food you got, the service was excellent, and the desserts are literally sinful they’re so delicious.

This is our favorite spot for a sugar rush while in Prescott. I got the Berry Bombshell Belgian Baddie. It was warmed up making it melty and magnificent. The waffle was fresh and fluffy, the white chocolate was sweet and smooth, the berry topping added just a bit of sweet berry goodness. I can’t wait to try the other flavors.
