The service was really slow but everyone has those kind of days especially in the food service industry these days. The super sonic was good but the fries were not very good. The cherry limeade was delicious especially on that 97° day in Prescott.

It gets worse every time.... I'm not coming back.... ordered a red bull drink small fry and a bacon wrap... I waited 22 minutes because they were in there talking... but I noticed they reset the timer showing my order was delivered only a few minutes into it... my bacon wrap was way over cooked... the bacon was literally black... the fries were over cooked as well and not golden brown... just brown and overly crunchy.. tasted like pure burnt oil... the only thing decent is the drink.. y'all got to get some people in there that will actually work and not yap with each other and slow undelivered food as delivered to keep your times down... try ACTUALLY WORKING
i used to go to this sonic location pretty often, as well as get it delivered. however the past couple times i’ve went the customer service has been terrible, and mine & my boyfriends orders have been wrong. tonight i ordered a cookie dough blast, got halfway through just to find something turning it orange. that grossed me out immediately. i unfortunately will not be going back to this location anymore.
