Sonic isvterrible since they upgraded their tech! Phone orders no longer work for me (I think data service at this location is weak). I used to use cell phone for purchases their often (daily - I like their ice ans ice tea!). But the last few times...ugh!! You need to use phone or find one of a few kiosk that they have (if even available)...it's just not worth it anymore.

Several DoorDash orders never fulfilled. Waited over an hour only to have it canceled on multiple occasions, wastes customers and dashers time and that's not fair. Will not be ordering again.

Terrible service and my god does it take a long time for them to prepare 1 item even when there are no other customers. I’ve literally seen the workers outside smoking who knows what instead of preparing my order.

I did not know the difference between stale and toasted bread. Now I know I do. All bad. The carhop who delivered my food was nice, but what she brought to me was almost inedible. I was hungry, but I won't be again for a while. I did not know Sonic could even be this bad. Brown lettuce.. cold brew tasted like unsweetened tea left out from yesterday. Ill never like pickles on breaded chicken again. I hope my stomach stays strong. I wouldnt have fed food this to a stray dog.

I rarely go into a fast food place. Especially Sonic. But I love their Blended Root Beer float. It’s not on the menu. My grandmother turned me onto it while she was in the hospital with breast cancer. She asked me to get it for her a couple of times and even I got hooked. I have had it many times and it was great. Rough times with the food. Anyhow, I popped into this location for the first time. It seemed dated. Figured out the new screens as I was looking for a drive through option like other locations. The gal seemed friendly at first. I order a medium blended root beer float as always. And decided to further my cheat day with a medium fry. The gal came out shortly with my order. Seemed pretty miserable and barely acknowledged me. The frys were awful. Super tough and probably old and maybe reheated. I don’t know. The float wasn’t a blended float. Mostly just the root beer. I won’t be back to this location.

Bruh I love it here. This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat. It's not only the food but the people that work there. They are awesome and the amount of memories u make here is amazing. You can really tell who a person is depending on what they order its awesome. 🙂

Good food, prices are good burgers are scrumptious! Last time I got take out there was only 1 person working, took longer but patience has to come in because he did an amazing job. Good place for good eats and yummy drinks!
I’ve visited a lot of Sonic’s in my day and none has been quite as tasty and efficient as this one. The service is lightning fast, the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. It’s never too crowded but there’s enough patronage to confirm my opinion that this is a great stop. Great work to the team here!

The service was really slow but everyone has those kind of days especially in the food service industry these days. The super sonic was good but the fries were not very good. The cherry limeade was delicious especially on that 97° day in Prescott.
