Please please please offer a true mild salsa. I have a high heat tolerance, but this heat is way too much for the “milder one”. If people don’t think it’s spicy enough, they can consume your hot salsa or blend the two themselves. Your flavors are on point but the salsa was so hot it burnt the inside of my mouth and I had to go grab some limes from the salsa bar to distract from the burn. Spicy food is a trigger for inflammation, skin conditions like rosace, autoimmune...
This is one of the best restaurants I've found in Prescott so far. The queso-tacos were great, but I thought they could use a little more salt. They were able to make them vegetarian with fajita vegetables, which was nice of them. The girl working was nice, but seemed new because she had to ask lots of questions. I loved the spice level of the salsa, but the red was a little ketchup-y (maybe they use crushed tomatoes.) The fire roasted veggies & tortillas were very nice....
