Absolutely love the baristas at this Starbucks! Great customer service and great at their craft. I also appreciate that they are more than willing to customize the drinks.

They close at eight at 8:01 I walked up to the counter after getting my groceries and asked her if I could please get an ice water, I was really thirsty, She said no I’m closed I said here I’ll tip you a couple of bucks, I just need the water. I’m really thirsty she said no and then turned around, physically turned around. Usually buy my coffee here when I do my grocery shopping in the morning, but I’ll go somewhere else and bring it to Safeway.

Worst service ever. Went in to this location this morning for three items and there's no checkers. The 'self-check' was full with a line of 8 people. I waited 5 minutes in line, then put my items down and left. Six months ago it was the same way and I called the district manager and the store manager. Both just gave me lip service about customer service. Neither have any idea what 'customer service' actually is. Sad, as it's such a nice location. Never again though. Sprout's has better pricing and excellent service. The only reason I go to Safeway is that I'm lazy, as this location is close to my house. Well, not anymore. Bye.

What a wonderful experience yesterday! The guy at this Starbucks was so friendly and nice. He went above and beyond with good conversation and excellent service. My drink tasted amazing too! It was such a good experience that I found out who his manager was to let her know how great he was, and she was super sweet and kind as well. She went out of her way to let me know how happy she was with the feedback and was just all around awesome too. I’m grateful that these two good-hearted, cheerful people work there because I can see that their caring customer service spreads joy through our community, and that rocks!

Didn’t make my drinks right. Always in hurry even when making drinks and don’t want to take their time with customers poor customer service. Gives a lot of attitude even with people that is a little slow. Likes to argue with customers. I would not recommend of going to this Starbucks ever again. I’ll be going back to my original starbucks knowing how to make my drinks right and orders and have great customer service and takes time. This Starbucks I’d give a 0 star I’ve never have to deal with shi*** customer service and this is the only place that has poor customer service.
