The manager Tracy needs to learn how to treat the employees respectfully at this location. It was straight up bullying towards her employees. In front of anyone near the area in the store.I would give 5 stars to the 3 young ladies working behind the counter on Aug 7 around 11:30am at this location. They have helped us twice & been very nice, friendly & quick to get our order together.Today I witnessed their manager Tracy straight up yelling at one young lady to get upstairs for some meeting about a review.The young lady was helping get our order together and the manager offered her no help, instead just kept glaring at her and pointing to go upstairs. That is extremely demeaning & no one deserves that.The other 2 young ladies made it to the counter from what I guess was their meeting, but didn’t have a chance to know what was going on at the counter, which was not their fault in the slightest.If I were any of the 3 young ladies I would walk out & refuse to be treated like that.

They are constantly out of EVERYTHING. I literally dont understand it?? At least they fired the girl named karen (but she spelt it funny) because my god was she a karen. But seriously, how are you guys constantly out of everything?? I'm so tired of walking up to pick up my order and being told "we dont have that" "well i paid through the app? How do I get my gift card money back? Actually, do you have xy and z?" "No no and no, also you can't get your gift card money back. Go to customer service." Who is running this starbucks?

Friendly staff. Coffee was disgusting and I didn't have time to go back in unfortunately.And they raised their prices.But the area was clean.Not sure if I will go back

Love this location. They have a lot more friendly faces than before. Nicole, Kobe and caleigh are very pleasant and do a great job. Would recommend!!

I got amazing service from a toung girl named Kobe she was such a delight to take my order. She was so kind and understanding and has a great taste in coffee thanks for the great coffee suggestion

Izzy is such a rude girl. If she hates her job that bad then she should quit. There's no reason the customers should have to deal with her nasty attitude. I'll avoid that Starbucks and go to one that has friendly staff.

There’s nothing better than getting a coffee and a warm breakfast sandwich in the morning. Makes a great start to the day. However, today was not the case.I drove to Starbucks with my mind set on getting a breakfast sandwich. Your sandwiches are expensive but man are they worth it.Apparently all your sandwiches were frozen and couldn't be cooked? They forgot to thaw them i guess? Well that sucks. No sandwiches at all?Offered no alternativesOffered no discountSo now instead of having a breakfast sandwich i have a 6$ drink and a headache. Thanks Starbucks! Get your crew in order

Tried getting a caramel mocha but they said they'd have to charge me for a tall caramel a tall mocha and charge me for a venti cup to put them in. $12.Out of desperation I stayed n got a caramel ribbon crunch and it tastes like ice and cream once the small amount of caramel at the bottom was gone. They said they dont have a manager atm but out of 3 employees you can't say the person must be training

I dont support these locations.Employees are not working for Starbucks, they arent getting the pay or benefits that Starbucks baristas do. Total rip-off.
