Very friendly staff and, of course, good coffee! I'm here often for studying, so I see their staff always be kind and courteous with the customers, even with difficult the difficult ones. Highly recommended!

I just read a review here that this Starbucks refused to give a woman water unless she placed an order. Contrast this to 3 days ago when I was having my cracked windshield looked at by Magic Glass in Prescott. A man walked up and asked if they had any water. Ivy said yes and gave the overheated man a bottle of water.
Though I don't do my remote work in this store anymore because management is indifferent, disengaged and the prices are ridiculously high, I was shocked by this review. Starbucks, that charges $7 for a glass of milk with 1/2 oz of coffee in it, can't give a thirsty person a drink of water? In addition, management's response here was repugnant. I will never walk into any Starbucks again. There are so many other less expensive and more pleasant choices available.

In Arizona it is illegal to turn people away who need water.
This place asks you for a tip before giving you your coffee and every single time I have tipped I have received my order wrong. For the love of god please stop asking for tips if you aren’t even going to insure the order is correct. Not to mention you get better treatment if you’re a man by the girlies working the drive thru.

So what's up with Starbucks lately? I have been getting a brown sugar oatmilk Shaken Espresso almost everyday since it came out. This past year said drink has been sooo inconsistent! Too much oat milk, not enough, no syrup, too much syrup. I hate having to have them remake my drink especially when they are busy. Are we not training new baristas?

Not a fan of Starbucks usually. Now I'm really not! This manager, Jen Winnicki, is definitely the most rude Starbucks employee I've ever delt with. Terrible customer service! Won't spend a penny at this store or the other one she manages. Get this manager some better training!

Idk what happened but it's bad. We got 2 green tea lattes and they where the worst drinks I've had ever. Idk if quality of Macha they source just plummeted or they just dumped half their store supply into it but it tasted like strait lawn clippings. I've eaten better tasting grass from my lawn.
Shame it's come to this but I can't recommend this place at all. 12 bucks for the worst lattes ever ... embarrassing
