What an awesome store. Every time I visit I am just met with really great people. Kira, Allie, and Sydney really are some of the best people out there. Always friendly, always making great connections, not to mention great drinks. I come in very infrequently, sometimes months apart as I live in the Verde Valley and it's like seeing family. You all are fantastic and hold a special place in this ol' Baristas ❤️. Thank you for you all being you!

This was the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had! Started out wonderful, this location is now carrying the fruit and cheese boxes! They handed me my husband's Venti Pike Place with extra cream and 9 Splenda (he said they didn't use 9, but it was sweetened). My drink was a Tall, Iced Triple Espresso with Extra Coconut Milk. It appeared they had forgotten it and the Barista said she would be right on it. She put the ticket above Cold Bar and then appeared to be making other drinks. I got angry and said forget it and walked out. Maybe I was being critical but I work at a licensed Starbucks Kiosk and I've been hearing a lot of bad comments about this Corporate location lately!

40 minutes in the drive through line today...I watched the lady behind me smoke 3 cigarettes, never, not even in California have waited this long. Then they still handed me they wrong drink. All they said was "sorry we just got backed up". Wow!

Wife and I ordered take out .Worst Burrito I've ever had. ,Cold burnt and plan .We only live 6 minutes away from the restaurant so I returned .it. Staff seemed put off that I returned it. No sorry s or attempt to make it right so I took my $$ went home home ,

I avoid this specific Starbucks at all costs because the music is so terrible and loud that I can’t enjoy my book and coffee in peace. No matter how many times I ask they say that they aren’t allowed to turn down the music. No other Starbucks is like this.

Went through the drive-thru, guy kept interrupting (i.e. giving a name for the order & he kept talking over). Never given a total, so didnt have quite enough on the app - which I could've reloaded easily via app had i actually known the total but wasn't given the chance. Woman at the window was unbelievably rude.

Located in the heart of Prescott. No hate from me as far as this Starbucks is concerned. We were greeted when we walked in. Both my order and my wife's order were made correctly and tasted just like any other Starbucks location.We walked inside. Can't comment on the drive-thru accuracy or efficiency. No qualms with any other part of the Starbucks. Odd one location can have so many negative reviews.

Visiting Prescott stopped at this Starbucks.Kira was very sweet and friendly.She took the time to figure out what I was wanting, and came up with a custom drink. ( I do not normally come to Starbucks)We returned the next day hoping to find her but she had just left.Adrian heard me asking for Kira. He said she left but he would try to recreate the drink.Both employees deserve customer service awards.?
