We rarely visit Starbucks. Today was an exception. We went through the drive-thru and grabbed 2 drinks. The young lady at the window was super polite and all smiles. Great service.

This Starbucks had such a great vibe that I had to write a review. It is not a hipster or “cool,” place but is instead a place for adults to get coffee and talk. The next time I’m in Prescott I will visit THIS Starbucks.

So what's up with Starbucks lately? I have been getting a brown sugar oatmilk Shaken Espresso almost everyday since it came out. This past year the said drink has been sooo inconsistent! Too much oat milk, not enough, no syrup, too much syrup. I hate having to have them remake my drink especially when they are busy. Are we not training new baristas?
I used the mobile order. Once I submitted the order it said it would take 18-25 minutes! For a latte!! There is no way to cancel an order in the app. So I went into the store, the manager said they were “busy” and my order may take even longer. So I got a refund, went to scooters and had a well done latte in under 5 minutes. I suspect these reviews are paid for because the service at this store is really bad and has been for months.

I love Starbucks, but this location is so inconsistent with their drinks. I can tell right away by the color of the shaken espresso if it's made correctly. It's not worth it anymore for the price.
