The staff here was really great; it was super busy and their ordering system was overwhelmed, but they were handling it like champs and getting everyone their orders. They didn’t just let it slide and keep everyone waiting. Handled it with grace and initiative. Love to see that.

I'm not sure why but I've had several bad experiences at this particular store. Things like lost orders, messed up orders, for alarming and told to leave without my orderI never have problems with any other locations just this one store!

I would not recommend ordering delivery from this location. As a driver I am often waiting 20 plus minutes for customer orders. Today the order was half put together and put to the side. I had to ask if they had the order. Upon asking, the food had been sitting there the entire time, getting cold and the drinks were made but not put in a bag. The batista placed the drinks in a bag and handed me the order. If they were hot drinks they would have been cold as well. Idk why the order wasn't finished and set up for me to just walk in, grab and go. I get bad reviews as a driver because of the location mishandling/preparing the orders.

Ri was extreamly rude when I asked her if my drink was coming after i had waited about 10 minutes. When I asked she didnt even bother looking and said "yeah, probably!" Drinks are good, but really rude and disrespectful staff member.
