Really bad customer service, i came in on Monday at 5:30 pm and the woman who was working was really really rude, not even a hello or nothing just look like she was really mad,when she did my drinks she didn’t even told me that they were ready

Went there on Saturday July 20. Ordered a white chocolate mocha and received steamed milk with a shot of coffee. 2nd drink was supposed to be a vanilla bean frappe. Got milk and ice. The girl working was nice but overwhelmed with drink orders and had no help. Shame on management for having someone by their self when she obviously doesn’t know the drinks.

The service was great but the one and only employee was trying to do 5 to 6 orders at one time and as my friend and I were in car leaving to Phoenix both of out drinks were not made correctly I feel is employee had a little more help. The drinks could have been better.

There is a female with colored hair here that is always rude and works very slow. My girlfriend and I have had a few interactions with her, and it seems like a few other reviewers have had run-ins with her as well. I mobile ordered 1 coffee, walked in 15 minutes later on my commute to work, and there was 4 people ahead of me also waiting for drinks, with another 3 in line. I waited around for 5 minutes but she was making 3 other people’s drinks and wasn’t in any rush. This place is always understaffed in the mornings so the baristas are often doing everything by themselves, however service does get pretty bad here even for having only 1 person. This Starbucks is walking distance from my house, and I would have gotten my order faster if I just door dashed from the Starbucks on 69. Doing that from now on.

This location is always understaffed. Feel bad seeing only one worker and long lines in the morning.
Have gone to this starbucks a couple times and everytime i have been extremely disappointed by one specific employee, a very big lady with half black half blue very short hair, She has been extremely rude and even put her finger in her nose right before making drinks in frount of costumers, She was extremely rude when i asked a basic question and made me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point where i was afraid she was going to spit in my drink. Because of this employee i will never go to this starbucks again.

I think her name is Liz ? But I dread going here for my work pickups. Every single time I have to wait for my order that’s been sitting behind the pick up area glass for over 5 minutes. If I ask I’m told to wait till she gets the lines order. Not even joking she made a drink and took 3 peoples orders before she scooted my drinks over one time. And one time she didn’t even want to hand over my co workers drink because how could I possibly have two names and two separate mobile orders. I had to explain to her I pick up my co workers drinks for them so they put the mobile orders in and I grab them? I tried to think that the first couple times she acted like that maybe she was having a rough day but it’s literally every time.

I hate going to this Starbucks. They have a huge issue on giving me extra Carmel. I watched the girl make my drink. It was mostly milk and maybe 2 Tablespoons of coffee. I dread going in there. I'm done. No more Starbucks and horrible customer service.
