Cider lovers get ready for Stoic Cider from Arizona Cider LLC! I was lucky enough to taste two of their varieties. The semi-dry was bright & clean, with a delightful flowery apple nose. The dry-hopped was outstanding, delicious & complex. (Neither had even a hint of that awful syrupy sweetness common to many mainstream hard ciders.) And their commitment to being good stewards of the land & using clean production methods was absolutely clear during our tour of their facilities. Can't wait to watch them grow!

I haved toured the Stoic Cider facility outside of Prescott, AZ and love what they are doing. I have never been a fan of apple juice but I have never had "hard" apple cider before tasting Stoic's. My wife and I like it a lot and recently ordered some and had it shipped to our home in Fargo, ND. We are about to order more. I am looking forward to trying some others that they will soon be producing.

Just tasted some of their first cider. It is amazing! Lots of complex flavors, not to sweet and well balanced. The owners orchard is very impressive as well. A must see for any cider enthusiast who find themselves in northern Arizona.
