Cider lovers get ready for Stoic Cider from Arizona Cider LLC! I was lucky enough to taste two of their varieties. The semi-dry was bright & clean, with a delightful flowery apple nose. I haved toured the Stoic Cider facility outside of Prescott, AZ and love what they are doing. I have never been a fan of apple juice but I have never had "hard" apple cider before tasting Stoic's. My wife and I like it a lot and recently ordered some and had it shipped to our home in Fargo, ND. We are about to order more. I am looking forward to trying some others that they will soon be producing.
Just tasted some of their first cider. It is amazing! Lots of complex flavors, not to sweet and well balanced. The owners orchard is very impressive as well. A must see for any cider enthusiast who find themselves in northern Arizona.
