horrible service charged me an extra 6$ and didn't want to honor the deal they have a sign up for and the deal works on the app as well tried to buy a subway meal deal for 6.99$ and chose the make it a footlong option for an additional 3$ which comes out to 9.99$ but instead they charged me the meal deal 2x girl had horrible attitude was causing a scene in front of the whole store

We had a very nice affordable meal here. I had the tryakki Chicken spinach salad , and my wife the Philly sandwich. Service was fast and friendly and the store was very clean. I highly recommend it.

Bread is always dry. But, that's not the reason for the poor review. Customer service is really poor. Major attitude we I question the sign price and what I was charged. I will admit I was wrong and prior to leaving I was willing to except if I was wrong. It's how they responded to my concerns. . If I want poor service I'll go to Jersey Mike's, but at least there sandwiches are GREAT.

The two young gentlemen did a great job. They took time making our sandwiches, they came out great. It was clean inside.
Don't bother using the app if you want your order to be correct. Ask for more lettuce you get the tiniest amount. Realllly light on mayo? You'll get 2 full squirts of it. Basically the opposite of what you ask for.
Don't bother calling the manager either. After 4 incorrect orders in a row I finally decided to call. Person who answered doesn't take any complaint in a professional manner. He just hangs up mid sentence.
No problem, there's a subway just as close up the road from my house. We'll be going there from now on.

I wish I could put the email in here that I received from the owner of this location. He did not address my issue. He actually was rude. I have also interacted with him in the store. He is a very rude person. I wanted items put on the side. I.e. lettuce, tomato, onion. He said he couldn't do this in a soup cup. I said just wrap them in a sandwich paper. I didn't care. I wasn't going to eat it right away and didn't want the veggies getting soggy. The crew are nice. Andrew is not. Andrew you just lost a GOOD customer.

I ordered an Italian bmt and got whatever this was. She didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. Our second sandwich I’m pretty sure she out raw bacon on and I made it clear that I didn’t want bacon or the sandwich toasted. She tried to toast the sandwich anyway. Absolutely horrible experience.Probably going to doordash something. Not friendly, food was wrong even after trying to correct her, and she was just trying to rush through it and get me out of there instead of taking the time to make the actual sandwich that I wanted. I should have paid closer attention to when she was making mine.
