Went in today and ordered the turhamken sandwich and they put all the stuff on it that it is supposed to have but the mayonnaise 🙁 and said it comes with lettuce but it is supposed to have spinach so I asked for that instead. Bagged up my sandwich no napkins. I added my own mayo I want my $2 tip back lol.

For some reason when I got the meal deal with was the B.M.T the guy making my food informed me that it’s custom which makes no sense given the fact that on the website it shows every ingredient in it 😪

horrible service charged me an extra 6$ and didn't want to honor the deal they have a sign up for and the deal works on the app as well tried to buy a subway meal deal for 6.99$ and chose the make it a footlong option for an additional 3$ which comes out to 9.99$ but instead they charged me the meal deal 2x girl had horrible attitude was causing a scene in front of the whole store

We had a very nice affordable meal here. I had the tryakki Chicken spinach salad , and my wife the Philly sandwich. Service was fast and friendly and the store was very clean. I highly recommend it.

Bread is always dry. But, that's not the reason for the poor review. Customer service is really poor. Major attitude we I question the sign price and what I was charged. I will admit I was wrong and prior to leaving I was willing to except if I was wrong. It's how they responded to my concerns. . If I want poor service I'll go to Jersey Mike's, but at least there sandwiches are GREAT.

The two young gentlemen did a great job. They took time making our sandwiches, they came out great. It was clean inside.

Don't bother using the app if you want your order to be correct. Ask for more lettuce you get the tiniest amount. Realllly light on mayo? You'll get 2 full squirts of it. Basically the opposite of what you ask for.
Don't bother calling the manager either. After 4 incorrect orders in a row I finally decided to call. Person who answered doesn't take any complaint in a professional manner. He just hangs up mid sentence.
No problem, there's a subway just as close up the road from my house. We'll be going there from now on.

Came 15 minutes before closing and staff were very unfriendly and were visibly upset. Locked the door right behind us.
