This place is one of the best Subway shops in the Prescott area! Always clean, friendly, the manager is regularly there. We were on a visit to Prescott and were super happy to find this location. Thank you for the awesome service!

Sunday | July 21: We always enjoy Subway, but have never had the occasion to test Subway's flexibility. On this day we did, and they went above and beyond. It was a family event (post memorial service with the passing of my father) and had a few too many people for a quick sit down. I don't know their names, but the Subway staff that day were amazing. When I asked if we could reconfigure the seating to accommodate a group, they didn't hesitate. "Go ahead...that is totally OK". We enjoyed the sandwiches and visited for a few minutes before we returned home. Thank you for making that happen!

Hard bread. Had to throw it out and just eat meat. The lettuce looked super old, passed on that and the tomatoes, didn't look fresh at all.

Stopped in for lunch. Nothing remarkable about the sandwiches...consistently on point as you develop your own tastes. But everything was fresh. AJ was great. Working the line, training the staff, on top of everything. Must be the anchor on this store. Keep it up. Thank you!

I let the first time slide because everyone has bad days, but my order's wrong AGAIN! Can the employees not READ?! I even check the receipt to make sure that they got the correct order when I sent it in... it matches what I wanted, but they send me things that aren't even on my order! If I'm ordering a Philly cheesesteak, I dont want a flipping chicken teriyaki sandwich! READ THE INFORMATION!!! You print it out so you can make the order, READ THE THING!!!

I went in for lunch and the young lady today yelled at us that they need to get all the online orders done before they’ll help us. Clearly not wanting us there. I figure they would work our orders in but no. They focused on the 8 orders in front of them and completely ignored us until we left.

When I went into Subway the music was so loud I had a hard time communicating with the male employee. I was literally yelling my order at him. A few times I had to repeat what I was saying because he couldn’t hear what I was saying. It was rap music with various swear words being said. I told the employee the music was too loud & I didn’t appreciate having to listen to the raunchy words. His comment was “it’s only Kanye West”.
