We go to Subway off of Willow Creek near the Fry’s grocery store. I’m a little upset that there is a man that works in there that is so rude with the customers, my son was told by a young woman that’s how he is well he shouldn’t be that way with customers if he can’t be nice with customers, maybe he needs to retire. Won’t go back to that subway there’s one in the Walmart also off the wall willow Creek those people are nice. I think I’ll start going there. my son told him from the beginning that we’re gonna be three sandwiches. He put the first two orders in and then was ready to tell him about the third one when the guy got upset. I hope that you guys will do something about it cause that is not how you treat your customers. he did get upset with another woman that was before my son. all right, thank you

Okay came in here today had three sandwiches made. Tomato's look like they were frozen and do not look fresh. None of the veggies looked fresh to be honest. Half of the cambro dishes had ice on them. Bread was a little off not the nice and fluffy you normally get. Now on to the sandwiches. When a customer says I used to work for subway shouldn't that say something Okay one sandwich ordered was a double meat by itself but literally got enough meat for a six inch sub then I guess I had to explain the meat should be heated. Sorry it is not my job as a customer to tell you how to do your job. I ordered a hot sandwich and you attempt to sell it to me cold. Yeah don't think so. When a customer says not toasted does not equal not hot. Not very happy. Will not be returning to this particular subway any time soon

David made my sandwiches today.He made me 5 different footlong sandwiches and put all the sides in bowls that I brought and the chicken salads in separate bowls for 3 of the sandwiches. This 8s now my favorite Subway to go to for my sandwiches because David is so good at making multiple sandwiches and all the extra stuff he did for my order. The contractors were very pleased with their chicken salad sandwiches and all the extra care David did for them. I live in Prescott Valley but now prefer going to this location in Prescott now because of the outstanding service David did for me. Thank you so much for making my visit so special David. Bonnie

Both the service and food are amazing every time I order from this location and I really wish i could've enjoyed it today. I walked in, waited about 40 seconds, and walked out. The employee was sitting in the back on his phone and never noticed me. It would be entirely understandable if he wasn't visible. I could assume he's either getting supplies or in the restroom. But when customers can see you just being unproductive, It's inexcusable.

Line was not filled and their was crumbs all over their boards veggies mixed in with other veggies not a pleasant sight at all. I got my sandwich and bread was hard they refused to do anything about it. Staff looked annoyed with my complaint. Would not recommend this subway to anyone at all.

Sunday | July 21: We always enjoy Subway, but have never had the occasion to test Subway's flexibility. On this day we did, and they went above and beyond. It was a family event (post memorial service with the passing of my father) and had a few too many people for a quick sit down. I don't know their names, but the Subway staff that day were amazing. When I asked if we could reconfigure the seating to accommodate a group, they didn't hesitate. "Go ahead...that is totally OK". We enjoyed the sandwiches and visited for a few minutes before we returned home. Thank you for making that happen!
