My mother, father, and I were traveling from Phoenix to Prescott for a long weekend. We couldn’t check into our Airbnb until 4 PM, so that’s how we found ourselves rolling up to this spot around 3 PM on a Friday.
There was only one other small group when we walked downstairs (cause it’s underground 😜) and so we were able to sit down and give our order promptly. We heard about the $28 12 different mead flight and definitely couldn’t pass that up. With how expensive mead is, it’s a better deal doing the flight rather than anything else. Especially since I had never tried mead before.
Now, I won’t go into specifics about each mead but I will say that I liked the sunshine meemosa a lot with jalapeño and I hate jalapeños! I also quite liked the Marion mead since it has all my favorite berries in it. I was a little upset that the peanut butter jelly one wasn’t as peanut butter and jelly as I was expecting. But I digress. It was still a fun time sampling all these different alcohols that are usually on the expensive side.
My parents both enjoyed our time and the service was quick and friendly! There was a nice variety of meads to sample, even though wine isn’t really our thing.
Always our favorite place for date night. Amazing food, A+ service and, of course, the best MEAD! We will definitely continue to return to this place.
Amazing. I've had their Blueberry mead and cider in Phx, but I had to check out the source. The vibe here is great, and I tried one of everything. The blueberries are still my fave, and ofc I took some home, but I also discovered the marionberry mead, which is also fab. Will come back whenever I'm in town. The baked goat cheese spread is decadent. 11/10
The mead is quite tasty but horrible service by a rude server named Valarie. She was on her phone and over chatting with her little friends for 25 minutes before she acknowledged our table.
Staff complained out loud near customers. Menu is a bit overpriced and the charcuterie board was mostly fruit without any cheese. Probably wont return here.
Been coming here multiple times, staff is always friendly and I like most of the needs mead
Valarie helped me pick out a lovely blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry mead! Great service and wonderful atmosphere! I have to come in for their happy hour flights next time!
Val and Jen at Superstition Meadery are amazing! Along with the amazing mead they serve, 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone! Have to stop here every time I’m in Prescott!
Enjoyed the flight and caprese salad! So good! Also walked out w a few bottles of mead
If you have not been here yet..make a point of doing it! Wonderful ambience and amazing meads! The creativity the mead crafters have to make these delicious concoctions is outstanding! Everyone will find a favorite mead no doubt!

Great atmosphere, tucked into a lower level space that looks like a loft. The meade flight was an excellent opportunity to try 12 meades, charcuterie board was impressive & delicious!
Val's the best!! Great setting for a relaxing drink. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable.
Head a flight of 12 meads and ciders and all very good! Fast and kind service made the experience even better.
Absolutely love this place! The mead is amazingly delicious!! Kayla at the bar is so helpful too 😍
The mead is good but overpriced, the bigger issue is that everyone who seems to work there is pretentious and act like its a Michelin star restaurant. Do yourself a favor and just buy the mead in one of the stores they ship it too.
